Staff is very friendly and helpful. Definitely gives the feeling of a fine dining restaurant. Even the owner stopped by our table to welcome us and chatted for little. We were there for dinner near closing time, and no one was rushing us to get us out the door. Offering to refill our sodas and up selling us on deserts. The food taste was very high quality and flavorful. I would highly recommend you make a reservation, and finding the place can be difficult without a GPS.
We live nearby and visited and ordered takeout from Theresa's Grille 19 often during the first few years after opening. It was rarely a very good experience, poorly staffed, and more often than not, really bad. A neighbor told us to try it again. We stopped by tonight for a drink and appetizers. It was a pleasant surprise. The drinks were very good, plenty of pleasant and attentive staff, loved the menu. Both the calamari and spinach artichoke dip appetizers were great. Super friendly staff and great tasting food. The place itself looks a bit outdated, like worn out seat cushions in the booths. Also felt they were a bit understaffed. Using a restroom is whole other challenge as it appeared that it had no heat at all.
