Sorry but $12 for a falafel sandwich on an ice-cold pita just doesn't cut it! As a vegetarian, I'm always excited about falafel but I think a little extra forethought to build a way to warm up the pita bread is not asking for a lot. If they do it in NY in a mere falafel stand (the kind with a metal cart and umbrella, they can do it here in a food truck or restaurant.

I hadn't been here in a while, or many other places really. Stopped by to get lunch a few days ago and I am still blown away by how great the food is here. The hummus wrap was so refreshing but I think you would find that all the food here is that way. Definitely worth the trip and definitely worth repeat visits!

Very good food especially for a vegan. I was at a music festival yesterday and ordered the hummus plate and fried cauliflower. Everything was delicious. The only thing I need would change is order less food. It was so good I ate it all!!!!

I LOVE Holyoke Hummus. I especially like The Kitchen Sink and the brussel sprouts. They are always super nice and quick, very accommodating when I ask for sriracha in my sandwich. I'm a vegetarian and it's great having a filling veggie option nearby. I'm keeping my fingers crossed the Holyoke location reopens soon!

They are by far the best food truck in the valley. I'm so glad they have a spot in downtown Northampton. I haven't had one bad thing and I've had almost everything on their menu. If you want something new, or if you already love them and want to support local business, I recommend going to Northampton and getting some falafel and a latke or two.

Love this place. It's fast, fresh and amazingly delicious. Now that they are regularly on Pleasant St it's my favorite lunch spot. The online ordering system makes everything really easy. I can't say enough good things about it.
Service is great--always has been. They catered my college graduation party in 2017 and still deliver their same awesome quality from their food truck, almost four years later. Plus, there are lots of nice surprises in a Holyoke Hummus Company dish, whether it's the tiny, bite-sized shape of the falafel or the brilliantly pink turnips. John and Dawn never disappoint!
