Their biscuits with an egg inside are amazing. I don't know how they manage to cook the biscuit without overcooking the egg. It's a

Some of the best bread ever. Just phenomenal. Great cookies and treats as well. They are a small place and sell out of things so get there early.

Bummed that pizza is gone. Best pizza I had, it was impossibly tasty. Wonder why they took it out, it obviously was a good seller...Hoping they change their mind, I'm sure it would make many people happy.Last few times I visited, I met a somewhat grumpy and somewhat rushed service. All that said they know dough.

While this visit wasn't all that great, low selections to choose from, I love this bakery! Great products and friendly staff.

Best bakery in western MA. Breads are always fresh, hot, and delicious. Cookies are amazing. Savories are always flaky and creativeCan't say enough about this place...Go and be delightfully surprised.

The pastries here were yummy and it was almost worth it all just to come and see the place. Unique, different breads every day. No place to sit inside, just to grab and go, but we enjoyed all that we ate.We did have to park across the street and pay the meter but it was like $0.50

We came here on the way through town headed to Vermont. We stopped because we'd heard a lot about it and I'd seen some of their pictures and wanted to try. It was a fun experience! Take out only, they make new loaves every day and different ones depending on the day so make sure to check their website ahead of time. Their pastries were delicious and worth the stop, I would go again.

I REALLY want to like this place but I've gone twice now and I've never gotten a loaf that wasn't burnt so badly that it had a charcoaled crust all the way into the inside that tasted bitter. I understand a little blackened fire smoke is sexy and yummy but this is just burnt burnt.

One of the most amazing bakeries I've ever stepped foot into. The breads and pastries are amazing and some of the best I've ever tried. Jonathan, Cheryl and their team have created a beautiful, magic place I will dream of revisiting.

Hungry Ghost has excellent bread and I often stop in to pick up a loaf. On a recent visit, on impulse I asked for a chocolate chip cookie too, but a clerk told me they were sold out. I noticed a sign in the display case that said something to the effect "turnovers chocolate blueberry." I assumed they were selling two kinds of turnovers, one with chocolate filling and one with blueberry filling. So, having drawn a blank on cookies, I asked for a blueberry turnover, which the clerk put in a little bag that I took home. But that evening when I took a bite of the turnover I discovered to my chagrin that it was filled not with blueberries, but a *combination* of blueberries and (bitter!) chocolate -- yecch. Buy the bread, avoid the turnovers...
