This is for the KFC. I’m from the south and was craving fried chicken, so against my better judgment, I tried this KFC again. Chicken is inedible!! I don’t even know how you get the chicken to be this disgusting, isn’t there a recipe you follow?? It’s slimy, the skin is like mush, it’s like a boiled piece of chicken, fried it and then let it sit in a vat of grease. Couldn’t eat it.

I'm only giving 1 star as you have to check at least one to do a review. I work in food service and would never serve what we received last night to anything but a trash can. It was old and over cooked to a point that once you broke though the coating on the breast or thigh you maybe got 1 bite of meat. The drum sticks and wings were like petrified wood. The only thing eat able in the whole meal was the biscuits. The worst 27.00 dollars I have ever spent.

I usually avoid fast food places in general. There was a promotion going on- 2 wraps/ $5 which was a great price. The wraps themselves were good sized, tasty, hot and had the option of coming different ways. From spicy to classic. Chicken was moist and coating crispy. All staff was friendly and service was fast. Granted i am a senior and must have looked tired but instead of calling my order up, it was brought to the table where i was sitting. Exceptional service. The tables were clean. Rubbish bins empty, where you place food trays and dispose of wrapping was clean. The fountain area and where you get additional packets of sauce, napkins, well stocked. Even though it had just snowed the previous day, the floors were remarkably clean of salt/ snow debris. I didnt use the bathroom so i can’t attest to the condition but if like the public area confident in using as need be. From friendly staff, great promo pricing, tasty and enjoyable food, clean from counters to sitting area. The ambiance is fast food but i felt comfortable there. Easy access for handicapped patrons. Have gone twice and found food and cleanliness to be consistently good. Will go again and recommend.Parking: Had disabled parking and non-curbs for wheelchair friendlyKid-friendliness: Both booths and pricing, options for kid friendly meals.Wheelchair accessibility: Although didn’t have push buttons for automatic doors, handles were easy grab, doors wide and all on one floor.

Has to drive around - order was cheerfully correctedChicken limp but ok, gravy salty & heavy pepper, very few corn kernels - chewy, mashed potatoes white & blah. Awful service. Been waiting for my order for more than 10 mins. Workers are just leaving and not saying anything about our order. People that ordered after us have all gotten their food. Do not recommend this location!

Order taker and cashier where both rude the whole atmosphere was trash fries cold biscuit not cooked properly no cleanliness no thank you or have a great day overall a horrible experience on top of that gave me the wrong order and thanks to that I got late to an important appointment horrible service horrible atmosphere horrible and the food was not well done it’s not the first time this happens need a change of management quickly!!

more often than not, I have stopped here to get KFC and they were completely out of chicken. How do you not properly order enough chicken, for a chicken restaurant?

I ordered the 5 piece tender meal. Every other restaurant in the world has sweet and sour sauce. Why doesn't yours? You really need it because your "secret recipe" does not taste as good or very like the recipe from the past. Maybe you need to go back to cooking with unhealthy oils. The taste of your food is suffering immensely. I would characterize it no better than supermarket fried chicken.

Live over an hour away than the closest KFC ☹️ so when I'm "in the neighborhood" and hungry... sadly the last 3 times I stopped, they either didn't have enough chicken, or any at all, to get a bucket. I do like the NASHVILLE hot chicken sandwich tho!!!
