Wasn't going to post on here but filled out a survey with my complaints and got an auto response completely ignoring the issues I had. Very poor service I've experienced here lately. You're better off going somewhere else, plenty of better choices in town.

Went to moes this afternoon with my aunt and cousins while I was on break, the women at the counter was extremely rude to say the least. You could 100% tell she did not want to be at work today. I told her I wanted the food as it came, she didnt even look at me and proceeded to ask me a bunch of questions. I asked her kindly the first time that I couldnt hear her. She again didnt even look at me and asked again in an even softer tone. As if me asking her to talk louder was me being rude to her? She then proceeded to slap her hands on the counter and stare at me like I did something wrong. My work and I used to order from here all the time for our work meetings. NEVER AGAIN. I get it, I didnt want to come to work today either but here I am, treating people as kindly as I can. I wish I could give you the benefit of a doubt but when my aunt told her I have never been here before im not sure what is in the bowl…. She was just as rude. All four of us got sick after eating there. This place went so down hill.

I went here a lot when they first opened. It was pretty good. Ingredients were fresh and staff was friendly. Its definitely declined. Today was the 3rd time I've tried to go there since last March that they were inexplicably closed during normal store hours. No note on the door. Just locked and dark at 1pm on a Saturday. Almost funny if my kid hadn't been so excited for rice and beans. Bueno is 5 minutes away on main Street- food is better and they're actually open when they say they are.

The last several times I have been here have been horrible. Stale chips, workers not honoring online coupons, burned steak right at closing so I can't ask for them to re-make it, horrible service. I am looking forward to moving to another area so I can enjoy the good food without the bad service.

Wow, manager ruined my experience while at this store. As I was trying to get clarification on a free chips. Extremely rude telling me dine in only during the height of the pandemic. Which whatever fine. Then after me briefly trying clarify that. She begins to talk s*** and swearing to another employee about me in Spanish like I wouldn't know what she said. Manager was completely unprofessional and she should be fired. Should be a no star option until she is fired

Horrible restaurant i ever been i ask for chips salsa and the person in the linecook was charging me $1 for two. Location in northampton MA. I am not comming back to this location.
Not stocked.Hood vent was dripping rain water.Bathroom was it of order and I had to take my kids down the plaza to the supermarket.

I can see why the ratings continue to plunge for this particular Moe's location. placed an online order at 3:40p and the store canceled the order after 5p and said to call the store. Of course no one ever picks up. If you go in, you wait to get someone to take your order even when you are the only one there. So, delivery and/or In-person this location, keep going. trust me!! I normally don't do reviews but felt ppl should know NO MOE's!!

The young lady on the counter was possibly one of the most rude humans i have ever seen.At points in the order process of 5 bowls - she looked at me angrily for asking her about what sauce was on offerAvoid this location at all cost. Drive to any near by chipotle instead
