The food was delicious! The presentation was lovely. The people who brought the food to the table were so nice and delightful. I would tell anyone who is looking for the food that they have on the menu to go here and eat it! Five Stars!!!

Ate here last night around 830pm. Woke up couple hours later that night with the worst food poisoning. I am not happy at all about this . Spent 60 bucks to be up all night

Found a piece of a metal (stainless steel dish scrubber?) in my fried rice, so won't be going back.

I will keep this short. The food is fine, whatever, It's average. What I can't forgive is how disgusting the dining room is. Food stuck to the wall at my table, sticky sauce globs on the tables as well as crust on the forks. This place is filthy. Used napkin station next to where we were eating as well as nasty tray of used dishes. The soy sauce bottle at our table had white dust and crusty stuff all over it. I don't know how this place is open. I won't even start on the bathroom. I feel like I wasted 40 dollars. Scallion pancakes were hard and obviously cooked from frozen. They were $6.25 for 6 tiny slices as well. I've bought and cooked better frozen scallion pancakes from my local Asian market. Please if you value your money and your immune system, never eat here.

Truly a disappointment. The food was not good, we ordered the black pepper beef and the ma po tofu. The black pepper beef only tasted like pepper and it greatly overwhelmed the beef. The Ma Po Tofu was the greater disappointment. It looked and tasted like it was reheated. Additionally, there were no Szechuan peppercorns (crucial for a Chungdu dish) and the sauce was sweet like BBQ sauce. My recommendation, drive the 10 minutes to Hadly and get some food from Ginger Garden.

Never on time always 15-20 late after pickup time and children running around unattended tossing toys at you

200% Too much salt. They had been good pre-covid, so I called to let them know. It had to be a mistake? Two cooks and nobody tasting it before it gets served? So salty nobody could eat it until we Rinsed off the sauce. Defeats the purpose of paying for take out, driving downtown and dealing with parking.Tried it again months later (2022) and it was the same problem.

I've been going here for years now. The family who owns the place is extremely kind and puts so much care into their service. It's the perfect bite when you're craving comfort food I will miss this place a lot when I move away from the area.

Ordered a pupu platter yesterday that fit inside a sandwich bag for $11 dollars I know food costs are going up but if you keep ripping off your customers I wouldn’t be surprised to see once again another Northampton restaurant shut its doors because there’s not enough business

Can cofirm years later: the Eel portion is aggressively small. Most portions are too small for the price and quality. Not bad... just not worth it.

The food taste really bad. Scallion pancakes are hard like stone. Salt and pepperchicken had too much salt and also hard to chew. Never ever order here again!

My sister introduced me to this hidden gem years ago. I absolutely love their food & prices are very reasonable too. Lovely decorated. Cute & comfortable. Friendly, fast service. A must try.

Our food was inedible. The General Tso's Chicken was too sweet, not at all spicy, and the breading was too thick. The Katsu had a sauce that was too sweet. The dumpling dough was thick and chewy. The Hot & Sour Soup was too spicy to have flavor. For $44 we were pretty disappointed. The 1 star is for good customer service because someone called me before we picked up our order to tell us something we ordered originally was unavailable.

I've had sushi here before and it was alright. Though Osaka (located across the street) is a bit more expensive I think it tastes a lot better. Their food in general is okay, but I think the pricing reflects that. The severs, however, are very friendly and that's always appreciated.
