I work at a local outpatient medical office and have a clocked lunch break. Maggin was the staff member who took my pick up order over the phone, she was so very kind, quick and efficient. Maggin was also at the register when I picked up my order, and even more kind in person including complimenting my personal appearance. I haven’t visited this location in over 5 years and I must say, this is a perfect location for this restaurant. I love my Turkey & Chipotle on Asiago as always and it’s my first time ordering a Tropical Dream smoothie, which is perfectly blended and delicious. Thanks !!

I can give 5 stars after I visit this place. I noticed a photo of taza chocolate its based out of Somerville. Jim's organic coffee based in eastern Massachusetts. Locally milled flour, plus other stuff. Maybe eastern Massachusetts expansion later on. places like central Massachusetts are void of better places. mostly corporate based unless you in Boston metropolitan area.

I paid extra to add turkey and avocado to my BLT today. I ended up trowing my sandwich on the pavement in the Big Y plaza because it was so gross. I won't be going into a Tandem Bagel location again.

Bagels are so-so. Menu is large and service was good, bathrooms were immaculate.
Just got a BLT sandwich with Avocado. The lettuce was totally wilted and the avocado (of which there was very little) was discolored. Had to toss most of it. For the price it's NOT worth it. Sandwiches use to be a lot better!

Truly a top-notch place for bagels and smoothies. But the caffeine drinks leave something to be desired. Seems like the main issue is messy preparation getting liquid all over the rim since they leak like a sieve even with a tight lid.

Not for nothing but all the owners to these tandem bagel are very racist and do not like hiring Latino people and only hire people they know I've applied for the northampton hadley and florence location and when I call to check up on my application I'm on hold for about 5 minutes then they hang up on my face and say the manager isn't there or is busy
