This was my first and last time trying Tea pot. My girlfriend and I decided we wanted to try something new I will say I ordered right before closing which may have lead to my negative experience. To start I ordered general tso and my girlfriend ordered orange chicken, I genuinely could not tell the difference between the too it was flavorless which is super strange it was like if I tossed chicken on the stove with zero seasoning it was cooked right and crunchy but tasted awful I mean bad enough for me the write a review on google…. The broccoli also was terrible. I will say tho I did really really like the crab Rangoon's that’s why this is 2 star review not 1.

every time i order sushi from here, its just “okay” really, there are MUCH better places in noho to get sushi. i havent tried much else though, so i will post another review when i do.

We ate here for lunch yesterday. I ordered a spicy Sushi roll combo that was very underwhelming. The sushi was a bit fishy smelling and tasting and was quite dry. Even the wasabi that was included was dry and very dark green and hard. Overall not a good lunch and the bathrooms were unclean and pretty disgusting. We should have known when we walked in on a Saturday before Christmas and there were only two other people eating. This place used to be good. Sadly it has gone way downhill. And watching the owner fill dumplings at one of the tables sans gloves as he got up to do other things was a huge turn off. Not going back.

The woman who takes orders on the phone has a disgusting attitude, little patience, and TERRIBLE customer service. It's sickening. I asked for clarification on prices and she raised her voice and said "You don't want it, go order somewhere else". I hope she knows that she is losing customers with her attitude alone. As a college student with connections to so many students that order from here, she messed up big time. I hate this place. They need to get her ass off of the phones immediately, she's going to run the business straight into the ground.

just had the most unfortunate experience of ordering that left me angry. after years in the food service business and a 14 hour day in health care its a shame to be treated rudely

I hadn't been here for a few years, and it made me sad that it was absolutely empty on a Saturday evening. The food was good, but all the plastic serving dishes, plates and drink cups makes the whole experience fast food tacky. To add to it, the restroom was absolutely disgusting and that is enough to make me never return to a place. If the bathrooms aren't clean, the kitchen is likely filthy as well. So sad, as we used to love this place. I guess I'm not surprised that it was totally empty on what should've been a very busy night. I hope they can get their act together and thrive again, as they've always seem like a really nice family and staff.
The food was terrible. The Peking Duck was incredibly dry and stringy. The sushi was off in color and flavor. It was an incredibly dirty restaurant and it had dirty and unstocked bathrooms. We will never go back.

Sushi is ok. Cheap. But, never order teriyaki chicken in this area... Wrong sauce( Chinese sweet sour sauce), chicken breast. Still better than the other one that put a chicken breast on the grill with no teriyaki sauce. Lowering my standard since I moved there.
