I hired Peppers to cater my party based upon recommendations that they did an excellent job with their presentations. The cheese table was as I expected. I realized that it was because I was very specific about what I wanted it to look like. Unfortunately, I did not do the same for the buffet table. Peppers did the food for my son's bar mitzvah last weekend, and it was absolutely amazing!! The whole team was so great to work with. Early in the planning process, I talked to Carolyn about our vision for my son's party, explaining not only the baseball theme, but also his favorite foods and food restrictions, and she came up with an amazing menu that was delicious, on theme, and inclusive.
