My pizza was extremely under cooked and greasy, ended up just throwing it out. Wouldn't go there again.

Everything I get from here is always great, I would recommend to anyone. Just tried the Mexican Pizza and it's absolutely delicious, their salads are amazing and my kids loooove the chicken

Based on my personal experience and on other reviews, your experience here will vary wildly.Sometimes the food is good, hot and fresh. Other times it's under/overcooked, burnt and very greasy. The delivery times also vary. Sometimes it's your average 30-45 minute delivery, other times it's over 2 hours. There is no consistency with delivery times or food quality, it is very much a dice roll.I want to like and recommend this place, but I just can't. My latest experience with them is one of the worst ive had. 2+ hours on a Monday night for 2 items that arrived luke warm is unacceptable.After ordering from New England Pizza a number of times over the last few years, it has officially become my "last resort" location. Ordering from them is like buying a mystery box; You never know what your gonna get. From my personal experience, you have around a 40% chance of getting good food within a reasonable amount of time.If you roll the dice well it's honestly pretty good. Additionally, the delivery driver is always very friendly. Unfortunately, the inconsistency of it all is just not worth it when there are multiple other locations nearby.

I was ordering delivery fairly often, but last order I got bad meat on a meat pizza. It happens. I called to let them know and they were rude about it and blamed me ! Salami was bad. It was suppose to be a meat pizza but who ever made it last night, does not put a variety of meats but loads it with Sausage. I never know which one I will get. A regular meat pizza or the one loaded with sausage. And then yesterday I was trying to be nice to let them know about it. Guy with a Greek or Albanian accent. Very rude to me and accusatory when he spoke to me. I was insulted. Shame on him.

Asked to cook 3 pizzas extra and got them raw raw raw why even serve it couldn't even cut with a knife just keeper pulling apart had to cook the rest of the way

I purchased a regular garden salad. The total came to 12.34. When I picked the plain salad up, I asked why the price was so high and one of the workers stated because I ordered online instead of calling directly. So, to some it up….. 8.99 garden salad, 3.00 convenience fee for ordering online, taxes & 10% tip = 12.34. Moral of the story, call the place and place your order. Good thing I didn’t add a protein.
I ordered a sub for lunch today. I had been here before but I can't remember it being anything special. Today I chose the falafel "sub" which was supposed to come with onion & tomato. I'm not a fan of either so I subbed it for lettuce. The pita it came on was fresh & delicious. I can't believe I'm saying this but there might have been a smidge too much tzatziki but it was good! The "sub" overall is something I would get again - though I might need to share it next time because it was big! It's not the best falafel I've ever had, but it might be the only falafel in Whitinsville. I did also order mozzarella sticks but once they were delivered, they were luke warm so not that great. I won't hold it against them though.

Have ordered delivery from here about 5 times. The pizzas are packed with ingredients and well cooked. Love the white angel and supreme! The wings are crispy and well cooked. Will be coming back!
