Amazing, just amazing. It's a huge place with fields to walk and mini golf. They have alot of seating inside and outside. They make popcorn and other snacks too. The icecream flavors are incredible and everything I have had has been great. There's always a life but the staff is till always friendly and pleasant. Graham cracker station is a favorite. I love their strawberry shortcake special they had once also.

This place has a lot to offer to adults and kids alike. I think this is the best creamery in the western MA region. My personal favorite is the brownie Sunday with kahlua flavor and cake batter. Grab an ice cream and stroll around or play mini golf and chill with an ice cream, this place is certainly worth a visit. Expect a long line during busy summer weekends and eveningsKid-friendliness: They have a nice play area and a downhill for the kids to freely run around

Took my wife here to get lost in the corn maze. We haven't been here in several years. I was amazed how much stuff they added for kids to do. They really did a good job updating the farm and making it a fun experience for families with kids.

I love this place. I love their mini golf, and my kids love it too. We keep losing the balls because the bushes are overgrown over the green and holes, the lighting is bad, and in general poorly maintained. Worse they don't say they charge $2 for a lost ball. The ball isn't lost, it's still on their property. They don't tell you this up front either. Seems like a money grab.

I'm a little disappointed that we paid almost $40 and most things are for little kids. This is also my fault for not researching enough though. Pretty good ice cream! If I have a child in the future I might be back.

After hiking at Purgatory Chasm I decided to stop by the West End Creamery right down the road. The area was very vibrant and clean. I got the Dole Whip pineapple and raspberry soft serve and it was absolutely delicious. It also has no dairy! Recommended visiting as they also have a big outdoor seating area and mini golf.

The absolute best ice cream place there is.West End has an incredible variety of flavors, including seasonal flavors. The staff is always friendly and fast. There's always a line but you're never waiting long because the staff are efficient.Despite it always being busy there's never a shortage of seating.Lots of activities for the family to do.I will always go out of my way for West End.

Thank you for continuing to provide a perfect family fun day. We went today to celebrate a nephew’s birthday. Ice cream was delicious as always, bathrooms were sparkling and the grounds looked great! We were very impressed with everything included with the adventure farm and cannot wait to come back to enjoy all the Fall festivities! Highly recommend to all ages for a great day of memories!
