I got the house pizza. It was loaded with toppings. I guess it's popular to get it well done there. I was asked if I wanted it well done, so I said sure. It wasn't burnt, but not to my liking. Totally my fault not theirs. It was still good, and I could tell if I got it cooked regular, it would have been perfect. Great flavor, great crust, lots of toppings, and fair price. I'll go back for sure.

A very large group of us arrived here after saying goodbye to a close friend. The service was wonderful, the food was great and will come back when I'm in the area.
Great little pub, super attentive waitstaff, good pizza and wings, affordable drinks. Definitely worth a stop

I have been to the Downtown numerous time over the past 50 year under different ownerships. I want to support local businesses. Unfortunately, the last time I ordered take out from the Downtown I was surprisingly disappointed. I ordered two fish and chips to go. I found the containers to be light, but didn't check inside until I got home. To my astonishment there was a small piece of fish and no chips in both orders. I returned the items and was offered a new order which I declined due to my disguss. I received a refund. This should nerver happen. Somebody just wasn't paying attention to what they were doing. So, after 50 years as a patron, I'm done with the Downtown.
