Considering other fast food establishments I’ve been to over the years, I have had people there always look miserable or they were wicked rude. It was refreshing to interact with Bradley, Beatriz and the crew were so hospitable, kind, funny, efficient and fast. Our food came out really hot too, which is not usually the case.Kid-friendliness: The crew here treated my nephew with respect.

There was nothing fresh about the meal that I just picked up in Norwood. The fish sandwich was all hard around the edges. The fries were all stuck together as if they had been heated over and over again. I was offered two cookies for a dollar which I bought. The cookies are so hard that you could drive over them without breaking them. Oh, The good news is they offered me a crown when I left. I am an elderly woman who came by myself. Never again.

I can’t believe I’m writing this and I can’t believe what just happened to me today. I have been frequenting this location since I was a kid. This location had always helped me in my time of need and understands that in today’s economy they can provide you with a deal as best as possible. However, when the cashier redeem’d my coupon and accepted my payment I received HALF my order. I questioned this and they provided the next 3/4 of my order. I questioned THIS and then they provided my last item but did so in such a violent way that the employee shoved the item into the cashier’s face and hit her glasses and this was so clear to me that it was rude enough for me to write this review. Fast food service has declined rapidly as the world turns and the experience has only gotten worse and worse and worse no matter where you choose to eat. On a seperate note years ago one employee complimented me and told me I looked like a rockstar. I told her I had photos of my friend’s band and she wanted to see the photos so I trusted her and showed her 4 photos. She went to the back and gave me another compliment on the photos but returned with 3 photos. I drove home and realized I was too late and never got this employee’s name. I’ll never forget that exchange in 2019 and I’ll never forget my experience today. I can’t provide a review to BK directly because I did not get a receipt.

I asked for a value sized drink 1.39 to my surprise my bill came to 19.69 I look and see that worker charged me for a large 4.00 no big mistake just exchange it please for my $ back . Well here come the acting so call mgr saying unfortunately do to not a real manger being here were not allowed to return $. WHAT ?????is this just a rule at the providence highway BK .so his options the mgr for his workers mistake is a 50% off my meal next time or I could keep the 4$ drink that I didnt order in the 1st place and NO 50% off my next meal .WHAT???the food was cold u had employee just rubbing his face at the register this was a DISASTER EXPERIENCE thank god my gf I had sat down then I would of been out the 20$ and no food cause she would have left shes 51 yrs old and this was here 1st time. Very disappointed in the food the service and ultimately the ultimatum I was given
Just wanted to give a shout out to this Norwood Crew. Whenever I go which is often the young kid at the drive through Chris is always a pleasure. Beatriz runs the place great. When I do go inside it's always clean, and the crew in back are always smiling and working hard. More places should be like this .
