Service was spotty. Food was bland. To top it off my friend and zi both got but by a flea and had an allergic reaction. Not sure what happened here. I hadn't been there in a few years. It it used to be great! Maybe this was just a bad night ?‍♀️

Good basic italian food at a very fair price. Back room/bar has live music. Last decorated when the 1st Bush was president. Nothing fancy, but

Good food. Stopped in for the lunch scallops before a football game. Fairly price and good flavor. I’d be open to trying other items. Nice small bar inside.

My take away: they have the good blue cheese, crinkle fries with an old bar feel but turn down the lights! Still chasing the south shore bar pizza scene. Cafe Venice was on the list. On street parking. Old bar vibe. One waitress working and I mean she was working! Super pleasant, super nice to our 2 year old. I wish their pizza was better as I loved the vibe here but the pizza isn't really bar pizza. It's priced the same and the same physical size but it's not cooked to perfection and too cheesy to be bar pie really. I want to go back and try the chicken parm.

Hadn't been there in a while. Had a new bartender I think I heard his name was Shane - he was excellent. Service was great, food was great, had the chicken marsala. Bar area was very busy - nice to see them doing well.

The food is very good! Well worth eating here. Local place with a great staff. Music on weekends. Just a great neighborhood spot. Love it.

Local family owned restaurant and bar. The newish owner (a longtime employee and bartender) really has done a fabulous job updating the restaurant and lounge areas. The menu still boasts some of the better prices in the area, especially the Prime Rib. On this visit I went for the chicken parm. It was great. I highly recommend this dish. Over the last few years, I have tried most of the dinners and specials and have never been disappointed. On a final note, all the updates that have been made have not changed the atmosphere.

Out of all the places I have had fried clams from NH to Cape Cod this was the best! I got a clam roll and couldn't see the roll! I'm visiting the area from Florida and this is the second time I've eaten here with friends.
