Good ice cream. Very moody staff. Even towards regulars. We spend so much money there and it’s like as soon as we walk in we feel unwanted. Don’t know if it’s because we are black but seems they hire only a certain type of people.

They have so many flavors I was getting heart palpitations just looking at all the options. After trying a few samples, I eventually went with the peanut butter pie hard ice cream (peanut butter base with chocolate chunks). Yum

Usually we come to this place and everything is great. I always get a soft serve white chocolate ice cream with white chocolate chips. The people working are great and always give me the correct ice cream. However, today the lady that served me (whose hands are included in the picture) served me wrong TWICE. First, she gave me a hard serve chocolate ice cream. So I told her that I usually get a SOFT serve WHITE chocolate ice cream. Then she came back with soft serve CHOCOLATE ice cream, as pictured. Clearly not a white chocolate ice cream right? Apparently thats false because when I brought it up to her, she said "no thats white chocolate ice cream". I just didnt argue with her anymore and took it since she seemed to be having an attitude as well. Idk if she's new or what, but I'm hoping she gets talked to about this. For additional information, I included a picture of what a WHITE CHOCOLATE ice cream should look like.

DO NOT get the soft serves they are literally like water. I'm actually in tears because of the money spent on the cinnamon toast flavor (DO NOT GET IT!) Cinnamon is my comfort flavor and this absolutely ruined. Thanks for a day ruined. The way their cone is more flavored than the ice cream.....

Always a great stop with my bike group. We typically go there for dessert after leaving. Lewis is across the street. But I took my honey out for an ice cream treat that take as he drove me around to appointments, and I just wanted to give him something special he really loves a variety of ice cream that they sell that even though they're not all there's some dude come from other vendors, such as a Bliss or Crescent Ridge or Robinsons, etc.. But I just asked beforehand because if I had wanted something like this on Crescent Ridge, I would just go directly to the source I'd rather have something that I can't get to like Richardson's from Maine or some other place from New York. But we did have a good time and all the girls are wonderful that work there they're really understanding and supportive. They explain every single ice cream that they have. They explain what comes in stuff was not in stuff and I appreciate that and the flavor variety changes all the time which is nice because you don't wanna get the same stuff all the time. If you don't eat downtown Norwood, you can still stop by there and get ice cream and sit outside on the patio tables that are at the common just a really good relaxing environment for both yourself and the children. They have many locations including stoughton, as well as Braintree and others. I only have gone to those three.
