What happened to the steak and cheese sandwich? Used to be great. I got dog food this time. Barely any steak and the steak was nasty. Usually it’s much thicker. You should just say you’re out of it if you are going to serve an inferior product to a loyal customer. I was craving this too. I’ve gone from praising you to others, to cautioning against you. Bummer.

I think this place is under new ownership. Same menu, but they changed salad dressings. I always order the chicken caesar and it was very good. Picked up the same today, and they put tomatoes (which is never used in caesar) in the sandwich, no croutons, and the dressing is horrible. No taste/flavor at all. Won't be going back anytime soon.

Really some of the best sandwiches around! I love their Callahan chicken salad, and friends have gotten other sandwiches that look amazing as well. Highly recommended for lunch if you’re in the area! Everything is so fresh and the staff is always accommodating.

I’ve been loving this spot as of late after discovering it upon leaving Newbury one day. I’m gluten intolerant, and so their gluten free option for their sandwiches is such a bonus. Today, they made a mistake with my pickup order (things happen, we are all human), and since I had to get back to work, I was unable to go back in to get a revised sandwich…so they legitimately hand delivered my new sandwich to my workplace free of charge. If that’s not customer service, I don’t know what is. THANK YOU!Dietary restrictions: Gluten free options!

My company just moved to a new office and we've been looking everywhere for good food in this area and today my team finally found this place! Everything was fresh, the sesame bun was yummy, and there were plenty of options so everyone could find something they liked. Delicious

I ordered a grilled cheese, nothing more nothing less. It was given to me within two minutes, but the cheese wasn’t even melted. It was essentially a cheese sandwich that was slightly toasted. Disappointing.
