They are always hit or miss for me. I've tried just about all of the meats. My favorite is the brisket when it's on point. I've had times where it's extremely tough to eat and I never ever get it well done so that should never be the case. Needless to say I'll be back for more because when it's juicy, tender, and flavorful it is simply divine!
