Service was horrible the manager/owner is very rude ...They suck . They ruined my order I asked for it to be re-made or refunded and they basically told me to kick rocks, and to take it up with upper management through the online website.

Consistently overcharged with their newer numbered "Subway Series" menu items.I have ordered a footlong sweet onion chicken w/ no cheese ($10.99 on their website) and they will ring it up as a #16 All-Pro Sweet Onion Teriyaki ($12.59 on their website). That #16 has 2X cheese on it, yet I ordered no cheese. $1.69 might not seem like a ton, but it adds up w/ all the times they are screwing people over like this.Another time I just wanted a roast beef sub and the employee pointed to the "Subway Series" menu and asked if I wanted a #17 "Garlic Roast Beef". No thanks, I don't want double cheese or your idea of a garlic aioli, just a roast beef sub (which is $11.99 on their website). After I pay and get to my car, I see the receipt has #17 Roast Beef listed for $13.59, and I have again paid for something I didn't get. It's a great way to increase your profits, so kudos to the manager, but it just solidifies the sneaky and dishonest reputation Subway has had in the past.I hear they have public toilets though, so I guess if you need a place to go with the fragrance of week-old bread in the air, this is the place for you.

The inside and the ambience are very nice. And clean. Parkings good. The bathroom was fine. However, my husband and I ordered turkey sandwhiches. We did not ask for extra meat. We did not order the #15. We just said we wanted the italian herbs and cheese bread, and oven roasted turkey. They gave us double turkey - that we didn't ask for and I didn't notice because I have no idea how much normal turkey is. My husband looks at the receipt expecting to see $5.99 and it's $7.59. He asks them about it. They say it's double turkey. He says "I didn't order that. I asked for roasted turkey" They say "but we gave it" If I hadn't been starving we would have argued more. Seems pretty scammy. Give the customer extra so you can charge a higher price whether they want that or not... really manipulative because you don't know there is extra on it until the food is ready and you have the receipt saying there is - and then it isn't the wrong sandwhich per say, just more expensive because it supposedly has extra meat - so you feel like a jerk sending it back or like you are asking them to give you extra for free. but you didn't ASK FOR IT IN THE FIRST PLACE.and the women behind the counter acted like my husband was being crazy and unreasonable. But he clearly asked for roasted turkey. I heard him ask for it. He did not ask for extra meat, double turkey, or for the #15 which actually has double turkey. He just said roasted turkey. I also said I wanted turkey I only said "turkey". No one said anything about double, extra, or the #15.And it really didn't feel like it was an honest mistake on their part and they did not apologize or offer to make it right. It really set a sour note for our afternoon. I wish the Feisty greek had been open, but Fesity greek deserves their vacation. Go to Feisty greek if it's open instead, or Paradise Biryani pointe or get an acai bowl at the frozen yogurt place. They're all great.

I was at auto dealership nearby for service and walked in for lunch as the Fiesty Greek next door was closed. Where I usually have a gyro. I hadn't eaten at a subway in a long time , but hey how bad can it be?I w ordered a steak sub at subway, but where looking at unappealing cold dry cooked already steak... I saw diarrhea later in afternoon... when with a small rotisserie chicken sub . 9.63 alone for sub and tiny .Sign said toasted which he did but not long enough.. cheese not melted, chicken cold .... I won't go again. Then sign says that store downs t take coupons of foot long deals? Why ? What separates this franchise vs others? Subway corporate allows franchises to make own independent decisions?

I've been to this location a few times. The service has been good, the staff has been helpful. The atmosphere is very colorful and it gives a clean feeling, and it makes you want to sit inside and eat. The place is very clean.Parking: The parking can be tight sometimes because this Subway location is next to other restaurants.

Worst subway ever!!! The employee are rude and don't know what customer service is. I ordered a sandwhich with extra pickles and she gives me 3 I asked if that was extra and she said yes and proceeded to bag my sandwich then has the audacity to charge me extra never again.

Very good, they treat costumers with respect and they are so kind. Everything was very clean. This subway restaurant is the best one. I remember that I went in some subway and there I saw the salad station was completely messed. But this one was very clean and everything was very fresh. My daughter got the mini pizza and I got a sandwich with roasted chicken and bacon, with salad on it, delicious and fresh! :)

Independently own, their focus is making the cash not caring for customers.

Very stingy with the toppings. they are all about profits and really don't care about customers.

I don't know, maybe I'm the idiot for thinking I'd be able to use a Subway coupon at a Subway location. This location is right across from my kids' doctor, and so I grabbed a newspaper coupon (not expired) that I had on my dining table to grab some dinner for them on my way home. The guy made our sandwiches, rang them up, and then told me that they don't accept coupons. Not the end of the world, but just seems like a bad way to do business. I won't be back.
