This is the best Taco Bell around. I'll drive the extra half hour to not visit the one in West Roxbury and instead go to this location. They're consistently quick, the staff is very friendly, and the food is always fresh and great!

Ordered from here dozens of times. They always nail it and have been incredibly friendly. After ordering online and interacting with the staff long enough, it’s quite clear some of the managers are working above and beyond their pay grade. Thea is exceptional manager and any time service is above expectations it always seems she’s the one on duty. I have a Taco Bell that’s closer to me, but I find this one actually is far more reliable and the quality of the food is better.

Extremely bad bad bad super bad service. 4 to 5 employees in the back talking, no one came to register and after 7-8 minutes waiting one staff person told me to use the ordering screens. After 10 more minutes food came half cooked and cold. The restaurant was empty too. Poorly mismanaged store.

HORRIBLE SERVICE FOR DRIVERS. Came here and had to spend literally 40 minutes for a two items order inside the store, while they were prioritizing the drive thru. Then I headed to the drive thru and they refused to give me the order even though it was ready and wanted me to come inside. They even called the police. VERY BAD SERVICE!! If you work for any food delivery platform, call them and have them take this place off your system so you don’t receive orders from this place!

The door says they open at 10am and every time we go the door is locked, and the employees choose to ignore us knocking on the door till we go to the drive through, which we end up causing a line cause we do multiple orders with multiple people. Also they have rarely gotten our orders right, and we tell them something is wrong they argue with us that it’s not. Once or twice is fine but this is almost a weekly experience for us.

I haven't ever had an experience like this. I wasn't happy to see what hell would be like. There were a few people inside all of whom waited over 30 minutes from time of order for their food. The people that went through drive through were forced to come inside as they were not getting what they ordered. I had to find someone in which I could communicate with and they couldnt even find mht order. I showed them that i paid and then they quickly made it. Maybe you need new management here. UNREAL! This was the worse possible experience that I have ever had. Too bad as I found a very good warm bowl for lunch that is pretty good. But I'm not sure that I'll be back for a while! TERRIBLE!

This Taco Bell location is the worst one I have ever been too. Every time I try to go inside the door is locked and forces us to use the drive thru and have 5 separate orders. Also the food never comes out as ordered and they always mess up food. Overall not happy with my last 6 visits. Workers are not friendly either and arguing with us about how we ordered the order.
