This is my last time coming here. I keep forgetting how bad it is because I love breakfast so much and even a "bad" one is usually good but not here. Every time I came here including this morning it was after using the scanner/printer/copier etc. at Staples in the same retail strip building. Whenever I am done, if hungry and busy, I pop in here, this was third or fourth time. Same experience every time, sat at breakfast counter and I was ignored for an extended time by two waitresses, then given coffee and ignored again for a while, but 2 or 3 people that sat at counter after me, seemed like regulars got the royal treatment, asked if they ready to order quickly, paid so much attention to, but I sat looking right at waitesses not a menu for a long time, I was getting up to leave when one said "just one minute" and other ignore me standing right nearby doing nothing. Again as with each time homefries were way over seasoned, food was cold, real cold and the poched egss in Eggs Benedict were hard boiled egs, solid all the way through. 10:00 am on a Saturday, on Route 1 in a busy retail plaza with cars parked all over and heavy foot trafiic walking right past entrance, and place was dead, real quiet, waitresses were twittling their thumbs. The waitresses love to stand out in middle of breakfast bar ciunter real close to customers and loudly talk and gossip and trash other employees not there. AWFUL EXPERIENCES EVERY TIME!!!!

The server was smoking outside during her shift, and came in smelling like smoke which was unappetizing as we were about to eat. The coffee smelled like smoke and her apron was dirty.Sorry not going back

We visited Westbury, preCovid, a couple of times a month, for Sunday brunch. Good local spot (seems like a lot of regulars), all the usual breakfast basics, and very welcoming, effficient wait staff. Now, we do takeout, exclusively, and Westbury can fill your orders for takeout. Our favorites: the Virginian omlette and the Turkey Reuben sandwich (we call the Rachel).

Omg!!! What an experience!!! Food is heavenly, and the staff so attentive, but not overly so. The restaurant is so clean!!! Portions are HUGE!!! Everything is so fresh!!!
We stopped there for breakfast yesterday and it was a wonderful experience. Our waitress took our order right away and everything came out quickly and well prepared... and delicious. She offered to refill coffee, etc and also asked if there was anything else we would like or needed. We will certainly return whenever we're in the area.

Very good diner food. Portions are good. They offer some great dishes like BBQ stak tips & eggs. Service is good. Friendly family spot. You can't go wrong here.

The service was horrible! One waitress in particular she was completely awful. All she did was complain about restaurant and owner. She was loud and appeared possibly drunk or very hung over. She was loud and made the experience miserable. That being said food was good but not sure I would return if that’s the kind of service they find welcoming.
