Bertucci's makes the best pizza around, all of their dishes are good. prices are reasonable, service is good. We noticed it wasn't nearly as crowded as it used to be before the pandemic, that's too bad, it's a nice place.

The chicken piccata was awful, noodle too hard and sauce watery and bland. The bread that came with artichoke dip was stale and chewy. I had to use the rolls instead. Had GI issues for 2 days. Definitely not worth the money I spent. I should have gone to Wendy's across the street.

Food was lackluster with little taste. Have been going to bertuccis since it opened. Food used to be great. Got the rigatoni broccoli and chicken in cream sauce. Used to be garlicky and lemony/ had little flavor. Stoped going there for a long time because food wasn't as good of quality. Won't go back.

The server was scarce. Food took very very long to come out of the kitchen. However, the staff was very polite, showed attention to detail and got the orders correct. It may just be a sign of the times where restaurants has difficulty with staffing levels to be in all places at all times.

It was Throwback Thursday night. Food was delicious and service was great given the fact that the bar tender was also our waitress. She is always lovely and attentive.........and keeps her cool!!!

I had a reservation what was not honored. The staffing was sparse, so the manager was clearing tables and was not able to be attentive to customers on the waiting list. I had to remind waitstaff that I had a reservation and should not be at the bottom of the list of walk ins. Also my dimmer order was not as I ordered (meat sauce instead of pomodoro). Not a good night at Bertuccis Norwood.

Shout out to staff who as we know are working short staffed. Waitress and manager were fantastic, and we thank them for being so nice and friendly. We love going out to restaurants to eat and thank them for providing exceptional service.

Bertucci's is still good, but not as good as it was before the pandemic. We went at 5:30 pm on a Saturday, and they had only a limited selection of beer, only Bud and Miller Light. The food was good, but no marinara sauce with the garlic knots. The pizzas we ordered were good. Our waitperson, Gwen, was good, friendly but appeared to cover a lot of tables, no doubt due to a shortage of waitstaff.

Ordered 12 Cajun wings and 12 Buffalo wings, both (even the dry rub!!) were soggy with absolutely no crisp to them at all. Currently trying to save our over priced dinner by broiling them in our oven. For a place that only does wings.... extremely disappointed.
Wings were fatty and not crispy. I had one in toasting them myself trying to cook them right. Never ordering there again. Worst wings I've ever had.

Before the pandemic, we would go to Bertucci's all the time. This was our first time back, and it seemed that the restaurant has not fully recovered from the pandemic shut down. They still had the limited pandemic menu, wait staff wore masks, and the place was about 25% full, unusual for a Saturday night. My wife ordered Chicken Marsala and was told they did not have any Marsala sauce, even though it was on the menu. Two of us ordered pizza, which were good, and the 4th person ordered Chicken Alfredo, which was also good. Of course, the rolls are always good. We hope they can get back to pre-pandemic levels.

Bertucci's is now a shadow of what it once was...Gone are the Cod Limone, Eggplant parm, mussels, variety of pastas, just spaghetti. and free salads ...What is left are profitable pizzas, and expensive entrees....The food is still tasty but unless you have a coupon $50 plus for Saturday lunch is unacceptable to us......Either you want their few entrees for lunch or go elsewhere.

I had lunch there yesterday with a friend and then today with my dad. The food was good both days. Yesterday, we were not given Lunch menus. We were given the regular dinner menu. The waiter told us he didn't have any lunch menus yesterday. He told us we could still order and get the lunch menu prices . We had no idea what was on the lunch menu since there wasn't a menu. Both items we ordered were not on their lunch menu. Our bill was higher than we had anticipated. Today, the lunch menus were available. What a difference. There should be so,e way for customers to see the lunch menu. We had no idea it was available until we placed our order and inquired about it.

Bertucci's is always different, consistency is not their watch word.....Two meals plus ice tea came to $48 plus tax, tip etc.....We had good food, not great but you don't come here for great..We had a $10 coupon so the total came to over $20 with tip..We go there because it's close, and the staff is friendly...$3.70 for each ice teas is robbery without a weapon..So basically, it's easy, food pleasant enough but value, not so much.
