“Fantastic place to stop if in the area! I first visited this place back in 1988 and it hasn't changed at all since then. I go here every single time I travel north. The experience is life-changing. It is like a ballet taking place in front of you while you eat. Everyone knows their job so well and they're doing it with such efficiency and grace. You have to experience this place to understand how wonderful it is. The $19.95 sirloin tip meal is my favorite. The portions are huge! Everything is so tasty and wonderful. Sometimes we detour 80 miles just to come to this place and eat. It is well worth the trip! Please give it a try. You will not regret it.”

“We went on a busy Saturday night, it was busy but good. I tried a XO Chocolate Martini, it was strong and basically tasted like straight up vodka with a hint of chocolate. They took that drink back and made me a strawberry daiquiri, that was much better. My sirloin steak tips were cooked to perfection, and the mashed potatoes were good as well. All in all a great place to eat dinner.”

“Just wanted to do a shout out to Days End Tavern and the function room upstairs. Had my husband 50th birthday party there last night and everyone commented on what an amazing space it was. Our bartender Ryan was amazing as usual. The space was perfect for this party. We had the best time. The price was unbelievably reasonable. Had our own bathrooms and use of the sound system. Cant recommend them enough!”

“My husband and I and two of our kids stopped in for dinner a couple nights ago. I haven’t been to the whistle stop in many years, but we decided to give it a shot. The food was great. Our server Lacey was phenomenal. Very sweet and incredibly friendly. She made sure we were well taken care of the entire time we were there despite how busy she was. I was looking for a great smoothie and something that was going to give me energy without the crash of multiple cups of coffee!! Pivot does just that!!! The daily specials are always super tasty! The club has a different theme every week and Chrissy and the girls make such fun names and flavor combinations!If you're looking for a fun place to stop in with a great atmosphere I highly recommend!! “My husband and i travel frequently and subways are our one stop shop! We never know what to expect when going to a subway. This experience was in the top 3 in new england! Taylor,Dawn and Hannah assisted our order and the amount of friendliness, professionalism and general care for our food and day was outstanding. The freshness of food was very amazing as well! We unfortunately (but fortunately) left our debit card and went back for it the next afternoon and enjoyed another lunch that did not disappoint. We look forward to the next time we are in the Oxford area to stop by and get some lunch!”

“What a terrific spot! We found Veranda because we were searching out GF pizza near airsoft play. Thankfully, not only did we find "celiac safe" pizza for my son, but it was absolutely delicious! The complimentary latte I had in house while waiting was also worth the visit. Would highly recommend.”

Big t.v.'s, Keeno, soft and hard ice cream, fresh seafood too. “I always use the drive thru. The problem is that I can only turn right and have to go all the way up the road and turn around. The food is usualy good. I got a Churro the last time and it was extremely dry don't recommend that item. Staff is friendlly .”

“It’s McDonald’s and there all the same. The dining room wasn’t that clean. The kids that work there act like kids. Nothing wrong with that we all did the same thing at that age. The food taste like it always does. My main issue and concern with McDonald’s now is they’ve raised the price of everything. Two people eat there and it cost about 30 bucks. For that price you can get a sub and or pizza that taste better and you usually don’t have to deal with teenagers.”

“The staff is always friendly and accommodating. Food is usually pretty good. However, can vary by the day of the week (guessing different cooks). Nothing terrible, but sometimes a bit disappointing. The atmosphere is a step up from a dive bar, but I like it and it can be pretty entertaining from a pepole watching perspective. All that said, I happily go there quite frequently.”

“Been in Worcester 5 years and I dont know how ive never heard of this place even though I've been next door at the pizza place when I was new to the city.I just played it safe with the italiano, but it was exceptional. This is the archetype of an italian sub. If I had a friend that had never heard of an italian sub before, I'd take them here.11 dollars but its pretty damn big and has a lot of meat. Bread is fresh and makes the sandwich.”
