Should really change the times on the website. Says open until 10 but I went there around 9:20 subway is closed..why have false advertising! Super frustrating

I’ve been coming to this subway since before the new management (new management came in early January of this year), since this new switch this subway has been on an absolute come-up. Very professional and friendly service while at the same time never disappointing in any of my orders. The new switch in management is why this place deserves a higher rating. From what I’ve been able to see, most if not all of the reviews have been from before this management. Due to voluntary sampling bias, the people who review are mainly the people who had bad experiences, so this very few amount of reviews since January has told me that the new management has been working smoothly with very few hiccups. Personally, I understand the bad experiences from before are valid, but I recommend that you try out this new management with an open mind. ?

As soon as this subway got new management it has been such an improvement. It’s so clean, good customer service and just better overall experience. Also the young man that’s mainly there is such an outstanding hard worker and I wish him and his family the best. 10/10 would recommend.

I placed an $80.00 delivery order, didn’t get half my items. And when you try to call NOBODY EVER ANSWERS!! Worst place to order from. Website says they are open till 9pm. But they leave at 8pm. If I could give ZERO stars I would!! DONT EVER ORDER FROM THIS PLACE EVER! Worst customer service ever!

Do not ever order online at this store. I have ordered online several times no problem.yesterday I went in to pick up my online order, The young girl at the counter said it was already picked up, I explained it couldn’t be how would they have my name I showed her my receipt. She made no attempt to make me another sandwich or give me a refund, she said I would have to come back the next day, I went down there to see the manager I could not believe this was going on over a $20 order. She should not be in management, I was ready to go to Walmart security to prove I did not pick up the sandwiches. I have never been treated so badly by any management… Stay away
