there is a lady inside with very colorful hair, and she made the best sandwich I have ever had I would fully recommend going there and getting your sandwich made by her and don’t forget to leave a tip!!! even though I failed to do

Been to this place many times Terrible customer service simply and mainly bcuz of how rude they are in there if you don’t want to deal with a dry treat and rude attitudes when they mess something up and you correct them dont go here definitely won’t be going there again until staff gets replaced.

I had a coupon the sandwich maker didn't tell me I could use it until I checked out. Instead of paying $13.99 for 2 subs I ended up paying $19.99. I wasn't too happy about that.

Very disappointed with this subway. Ordered from here multiple times and got food poisoning and bowel issues. Call the board of health.

Kind disappointing second time ordering delivery and they messed it up. Last time wrong bread this time they didn't toast so ended up with a soggy sandwich. I know better for next time

I got a 6 inch Tuna sub and a few hours later I was vomiting relentlessly. Unless you wanna spend all night hugging a toilet beware. I haven't been this sick since I quit drinking. Reporting to board of health Monday. No doubt.

I visited subway a couple of nights ago. I wanted to find out what their new menu was all about. I wanted to let you know that the young guy working there was great ! He was so cordial, polite, and explained everything to me. How it works, what the ingredients were, everything I wanted to know. Just wanted you to know he was an excellent representative of your business. In this day of abysmal customer service, Jacob is outstanding. He needs his own franchise He should be encouraged because he is great at his job. Please let him know about this review. I have also called the palmer store and spoke to the manager regarding this experience. Thank you.

Very poor customer service. Ordered delivery for us because of being Covid positive. Forgot a sandwich. Called the store and they refused to deliver another or even upgrade the 6" to a foot long. Not even apologetic about the mistake.

Very unprofessional, rude employees! Nothing but looks of disgust and eye rolls in the moment I walked in and when they over charged me instead of saying sorry they were even more rude and mouthy. I will not waste my money where I am not wanted.

Used to have a cool dude who worked here but unfortunately he got fired for theft. There was another sweet guy who worked here but I haven't seen him in a while either. Other than that, the workers here are rude as heck and there's always only one of them during rushes. To which I give credit where credit is dude, but fix those attitudes! I worked food service too, I get it, but that doesn't excuse being rude to customers. I ain't ever coming back to this one until they get a new staff. I will gladly drive to Wilbraham or Ware for better service.
