My family and I have been coming here for over 3 years, but today was the last straw of rudeness. We will NOT return. We have experienced repeat rudeness from the women that work there with nasty attitudes and unprofessional behavior. You do NOT treat people who are spending money in your establishment in this negative manner. Two out of three locations are the very same way. I will take my business and money else where and inform my friends to leave this place alone. Everyone deserves to be treated with respect and NOT singled out.

I ordered a sandwich, and to start off the cashier had a very negative attitude. I have not been here in some time, and I used to get asked what I wanted on the sandwich. However, when they gave me my order and I asked for something on the side they said no immediately and cut me off. Never going back there again.

What a attitude completely rude I understand the language difference it’s hard to understand but no excuses if I’m ordering a baker’s dozen wanting to put what bagels I want in the beginning of the order why I’m here not for you to have me order everything else I might wantThen tell me you can’t when I said in the beginning this what I’m here for then have the order complete wrong I payed and got someone else ordered I’ll never go back with how I was treated food not correct this has not just happened to me it’s happened to many close friends of mine as well I figured I’d give them another chance maybe they had a hard day but it’s every single time I’m also waiting in line for a good 20 minutes

Nice place to get a bagel and coffee. I appreciated that they had a drive through, and TWO lines inside. One line was express for bulk bagels, cream cheese or two coffees while the other line was for ordering sandwiches. They’ve got their system down and they keep people moving.Parking: Be careful not to park in the drive through lane as you could get boxed in.

I mobile ordered a french toast bagel and there was no way for me to know that there wasn’t any left which is completely fine. when i got here it was a plain bagel. i asked for another one since i don’t eat plain bagels. the worker told me that if i wanted another one i would have to pay and refused a refund.

The place was a nightmare to get into, i stress that you order ahead to beat the long lines. The bagels were amazing (10/10), the cream cheese was great but not the best (9/10). We got the asiago bagels toasted with scallion cream cheese. This place falls #2 on the hunt for the best bagels in New England.

Disgusting coffee.The iced coffee here tastes like mold. Probably from an ice machine that has never been cleaned.Absolutely disgusting and irresponsible.The food is excellent, but only on the rare occasion when the girls understand what you’re saying.Oh well.

Bagles are always great. Most of the staff are from Brazil so there can be some communication issues.I ordered 2 dozen Rye, which are notPopular so they make them for me in 1 hour. They are excellent and all their bagles freeze very well.
