Got food over the weekend at the trailer at Park9. The best brisket and pulled chicken I’ve ever had. Loved the Primo Sauce!

Ive been blessed to spend the last year on a travel assignment to Boston and Ive discovered some pretty amazing food and Big Pig is one of the best!! The Brisket bomb has raised the bar for all other barbecue! I was so excited to share this food with my co workers and they loved it so much they ordered and shared with their family and friends. Big Pig is a feeling of home away from home!

Got food from their new food truck at Park9 a few times now. It's some of the best BBQ I've had in New England. The ribs were insane and so were all of the sides, and everything else I ate. I'll definitely be going back regularly. It was wicked easy to order and super quick. Very organized and well ran

They don't know how to run a business. Zero sense of how orders come in. 30 minutes for a grilled cheese as I watch people who ordered after get their food first. Not worth it, 15 bucks and 30 minutes standing in the cold for a grilled cheese, unacceptable. Should have warned us it would take so long, wouldn't have wasted my time or money.

We had Big Pig while at Park 9 Dog bar over the weekend. I gotta say I was pumped to hear they were able to get set up at one of our favorite places close to home. We got the pulled pork grilled cheeses (pepper jack), mac and cheese, spare ribs, wings, and mixed greens. Everything was delicious and double endorsement on the wings tossed in their homemade sauce. Special props to Tony and his staff who were able to provide some recommendations to people in our group. Can't wait to head back there and try more of the menu soon!

Great experience at the new food truck at Park 9 in Everett. Went with a few friends. Service was great! Food was delicious. They really know how to take care of their customers. Highly recommend swinging by Park 9 in Everett for some good BBQ.

We hired Big Pig to cater an event for my company and it was fantastic! They did a wonderful “build your own Mac n cheese bowl” set up and had tons of sauces and meats! It was perfect. Not to mention the management there is fantastic and they do a great job communicating

Ordered some trays for a party. The brisket and the ribs were particularly awesome. The head chef contacted me prior to my event to go over whether it’s better to get certain items delivered hot vs doing the reheating on your own. He gave me the best advice. We ended up having them deliver it hot. Which worked out well.Portions are big. In my experience, I would say two half trays of meat are definitely enough for 25 people if you’re having sides. They deliver it with some different bbq sauces and pickles and pickled onions. It’s all really good.

I don't leave this review lighty, as we truly loved this place, but man, what a turn for the worst. We ordered a spread for New Year's, excited that they were accepting orders for smaller family sizes. Trust when I say, each item was worst than the next. The wings were completely undercooked, with the skin rubbery, the sausage fat content was so high, it coated your mouth and gave everyone who ate it a bellyache, and the ribs were quite tender, but flavorless. The mac and cheese was gooey cream, but nothing else, and the collard greens were bland, and sour. My husband and I were actually going to want to hire this place to cater a big party. We were planning to throw a huge get together to renew our vows, but that will not be the case at this point. It's really sad to see a place that used to be so good crash and burn.

Another Update: Ok! I’ve discovered the problem. Without mentioning it on the menu, Big Pig adds a $1 “support and give” charge and a $2 “OG Sandwich” charge to the price listed on the menu.Gee guys, do you think it’s morally right to sneak these charges in without mentioning them to the paying customers?Down to one star.Update: Why two stars? Two reasons.First, I was over charged for a $13 brisket sandwich. Second, they ignored me when I wrote to them about it.So enjoy the food, but be watchful of what you pay for it. Keep the receipt and dispute any over charge with your credit card issuer.END OF UPDATEExtremely good bbq. Not the very best, but up there. Even approaching Austin level (not there yet). Great quality meat and other ingredients. My lack of an extra star is because of the $17 brisket sandwich I had at their spot on Rt. 1. For $17 I expected at least one side.

I would give Big Pig BBQ if there was 10 star. I had use the catering for the past 3yrs now, the food is delicious and there a lot different catering full or half pan to your liking. Delivery staff and Catering coordinator is spot on with there service Albany St Bus Garage

There Peabody store had some fantastic BBQ. But there off site food Trailer is not worth the trip. Just like so many other successful food providers they think it's ok to cook the food elsewhere and truck it to a retail site and serve food as if it's freshly cooked when it's not . Very disappointed in the outcome, the food was cold overcooked and dried out. Also not cheap, if it was as good as it used to be I would not complain about the price. Not worth the trip. I tried messaging them on Facebook and was ignored. It's not worth the trip for reheated previously smoked food.
