So I just ordered a pickup over the phone and whoever that lady was that took my order should be fired what a rude unprofessional person. When my wife picked it up she told my wife she didn’t know what I ordered and only cares about my soda which is odd. My wife wanted to double check make sure everything was in there and she basically threw the bag at her and wouldn’t let her look and took the next customer if you hate your job so much quit. Food is awful burnt roll and dry and hard to eat. 1 star won’t be back

Been a little while since we've been here.. a Super used to be over flowing with beef, for the money, the medicore quality was made up for with quantity, now, the beef barely covers the super roll... .We also ordered a large fry, which used to be a full paper bag full of fries, what we got tonight was not even enough for 2 people... not worth the $30+ we spent....Unfortunate, has always been a good spot for a quick, filling meal... now.... not so much.

No wonder it was empty when we walked in, the old white haired woman could not have been more rude i actually ordered food but because of the lack of personality and coldness towards my son, I left! Would not return if the food was FREE..

Hands down best onion rings and Roast Beef sandwich I have ever had. Was a saving grace they were open late. Super fast service. My guy and I can’t wait to go back?
We didn't have a good experience. We had never been there before, the cashier was less than helpful to answer our questions. Then when we asked for some complimentary sauce, she scoffed and said I guess. I was confused, so I pointed at the menu and said isn't it complimentary? And she said no. ? But it says complimentary right on the menu? Then she said "it's to be put on your sandwich, that's why we ask what you want on it". But she never asked us what we want on our sandwiches. Then she grabbed some already ready to go in little containers. Not sure what her deal was, because you clearly had some ready to go for this exact reason I was asking. ?♀️As for the food, it was just okay.

My mother drove down from Maine with her friend and wanted to meet for a roast beef sandwich. I live in Peabody and she used to live down here so she chose Bill and Bobs . First of all they would not let them use the restroom. Second the tables were all filthy , when I asked if they could clean a table as were going to dine in the woman working the counter Said she would get to it in a minute, while we stood waiting to sit down . We were the only customers in there . After we stood there for several minutes waiting, I asked her if she could just give me a cloth and I would wash the table, she rudely responded that she told me she would get there in a minute. We decided to eat outside instead. Third , the sandwiches were terrible! I am a roast beef 3 way lover and the sandwiches were small , plain and just not at all good ! The prices are about the same as every place else but the portions are pathetic. I can see why we were the only customers in there! I would never recommend Bill and Bobs , nor will I ever go there again. Bad food Bad service and dirty restaurant with no bathroom!! A giant thumbs down very disappointing
