Food today, ok to mediocre. My husband and I swear it is made in a pouch and shipped to the chains. I've worked in enough restaurants in my past to know when my pasta has been left under the heat lamp too long. I asked my hubby how he felt about his spaghetti and chicken Romano. OK, but dry. We are old enough to complain,pay and leave. Go there and buy cheesecake and nothing else. Sooo way over rated. Save your $$ people!! I have $$$$$ and don't care to spend it at cheeseeey weeseety factotoreeeey!! Btw, it wouldn't hurtto have your bartender Christian box and bag or just bag or food at $27, a meal

I have to start off by saying I am a business owner myself and I do not like to leave negative reviews. However, I feel like after the 3rd incident in a row a negative review is MORE than warranted. The last three curbside pick up orders I placed here have been EXTREMELY late. The first order, I ordered a cake for a birthday. My husband waited for TWO HOURS. I wish I was kidding. He called numerous times and was repeatedly told his order would be right out. I myself had to call and whoever answered the phone was extremely dismissive and kept interrupting me as I was talking. I placed a second pick up order for another cake, again the order was not ready at pickup time and we had to wait an extra 20 minutes. The third pick up order we are currently waiting on and being told it will be right out more than 20 minutes ago. I love cheesecake factory and have for so many years. I am not sure what the deal is but it is not a coincidence it has happened to us three times in a row. I will not be placing pick up orders from here ever again.

First time ever!! It was like seeing a celebrity. Had my birthday dinner with my husband. Had the au jus burger. Was so full I had to take my birthday cheesecake to go! Thank you for a lovely birthday dinner. (P.S. threatened my husband if he had you sing. ?)
