For starters. DIRTY. Upon ordering in person, they were sold out of everything, but I was already in line so I left with a half empty bowl. They could at least put a large sign up of all the empty ingredients. No bowl tops, no black beans, no fajitas, no chips, no lettuce

Placed an online order. Upon walking in the staff informed everyone in line they had 25 online orders. They then proceeded to only focus on getting the in person line shorter. As the line grew for people waiting for their online orders placed, people waiting began to be irritated. Staff was extremely rude. Not professional in the slightest. And told us waiting for our online orders “it is what it is” when asked why we had to continue to wait

They NEVER have tortilla chips at this location. And sometimes that is all I've ordered thru the app. So I pay ahead and I get there and NO CHIPS!... just a unnecessary hassle!.

This chipotle and the one in Swampscott seem to be having a competition to see which can be the worst chipotle. As soon as you walk in you are greeted by overflowing trash cans, straw wrappers, and dirty tables. Once you waddle your way to order you will notice there is at least one ingredient that you’d like that they are out of. Overall the take out experience is horrid. If you really want to be astonished use the chipotle app to place your order. They try to help you try new things by not adding what you want to what you order. It is almost as if they can’t read it’s impressive. Do not come here to be satisfied, you will be let down in a drastic way.

Everytime I come to this chipotle location I am so disappointed. The service is terrible, my online order is never ready and I am left waiting (when I add on 5-10 mins to the wait time KNOWING my order still won’t even be ready). They are constantly out of everything. The rice and chicken are so dry. There always seems to be a decent amount of workers, yet no one is ever restocking food, cleaning, or refilling anything. Such a joke. A burrito bowl is hard to mess up, yet this chipotle location is somehow successful at it everytime. Will not be back. Team doba now

All tables were messy, young man that served us had an attitude when my partner asked for extra lettuce. The young woman that cashed us out was very nice. We're unlikely to return to thus location, however.

Went to this location hungry and left hungry because half the stuff u had in stock was on the online order side and wouldn't allow a walk in order to take from that side. The chips were stale and had no ice or half the syrups for the sodas very disappointed ? will not recommend to anyone. Save ur money or pick another location.

I went in to order dinner while on shift at the ambulance service I work for. This nice gentleman was helping take my order when we came to the protein and I asked if they had steak. They were low and I was about to ask if I can step out of line and wait for it. Another worker, female, came over and said curtly we have no steak. Then she took the bowl out of the first workers hands and dumped it in the trash, turned away from me and started helping the person behind me. I’m very upset about this experience as I had not had time to eat most of the day due to running 911 calls and I always love coming to your restaurant as a pick me up during a rough day. The second person was very rude and I don’t appreciate being treated in that way, not to mention that was a waste of food that I was willing to pay for. I feel like this situation could have been handled a little better. I’m very disappointed. (For some context: They had chicken available, yes, but I have gotten sick from it every time I come here and steak is the only thing that doesn’t bother me here at chipotle).

Do not place order in store they will overcharge you and tell you chipotle has a new rule which was weird because I order the same thing every time expecting the same price but was charged more. Me trusting that the employees were right at the very moment I paid the extra charge but when I went to go place the same exact order online it was substantially cheaper.

literally most depressed staff, weak portions too because they probably hate the worldi actually use to work here, it was never a great place to work but these people are the walking dead
