Drove through for a cuppa, good coffee, had a donut (and I hope my wife does not read this!), they had coconut, which is not a given with Dunkin donuts de-emphasizing donuts, and service was slow but friendly. Nuff said?
I went this morning whrn it was super busy. I mean, they were running out of stuff. I put in a mobile order. They got all the 10-15 customers done. And then the young white guy got my order and was super nice to me and my son. I was watching him and he never once got upset when all the customers were complaining. He just did his job and was still nice. I would have been upset over the wait, with a 4 year old. Buy then he took care of us and changed my mind. You need more people...read full review

Extremely friendly staff. They are in a high traffic area so it gets VERY busy in the morning and mistakes do sometimes happen - but they fix it quickly with a smile and I enjoy stopping there on my way to work. Lots of great people there. There is a dunks closer to my house (of course, we are in New England), but this location really strives to make it right. All my best to those who have to serve customers who have not had their coffee yet, this team does an amazing job.
