No public restroom, which is annoying because the only time I stop/buy something at dunkin is for their bathrooms on roadtrips.

I ask for ice coffee 6 skim milk and 5 Carmel squarel they gave me cream and sugar i told them it's not mine i asked for what i wanted and they had bad attitude and started talking brizalin like if i didn't understand i told them that yes i did order skim milk and carmel not cream so they were surprised that i knew what there were saying the othere lady was nice and changed the order and gave it to me and said sorry about the order.

This place is always super slow they have you wait over 20 minutes for any food item, and I had a horrible experience when I went there daily for almost a month and the customer service was the worst I’ve ever encountered in my life. Rude rude rude employees who barely speak English, and denied me hash browns when the lady at the register had already took my order it was 2 sandwiches and I had her scan my app for a deal that said free hash browns with purchase of sandwich. I waited and waited finally the sandwiches were done then when I asked about my hash browns they said I didn’t order that and didn’t pay for it when I said the lady at the register already scanned the deal it was free I don’t need to pay for it, the lady making food ignored me and kept making everyone else’s food instead, so I obviously was angry and impatient at that time and the lady who scanned my app even denied scanning it even after I showed her what she scanned she played dumb when she knows she scanned it. And the cameras will show she scanned it.Then when I’m explaining it to her she ignored me went to hand me the hash browns as I grabbed the bag she took it back to hen placed it on the counter instead. Don’t get me started on the customers who don’t mind their business making the situation even worse when she had no idea what was even going on. This whole experience was disgusting. And all those employees in the mornings should be replaced. They don’t know what they are doing and they move extremely slow, and when they mess up they blame the customer. It’s pathetic. I would have continued going there daily giving them business and my money, after today, I will never step foot in that place again, I will be calling corporate. Enjoy losing a lifetime customer. Along with everyone else I know/ talk to. I will advise everyone to go elsewhere and I will be letting everyone on social media know of this experience so they never have to go what I just went through. Oh and last but not least I waited so long for my food to be cold, and hash browns undercooked. This place is a disaster because of its employees. Didn’t the manager train their employees to know the customer is always right, in this case the customer was right and berated for it. This whole encounter triggered my anxiety and epilepsy and I will make sure corporate hears about this and hopefully their will be repercussions for their actions.

the worst dunks i have ever got coffee from, first off i orded a charlie cold foam which comes with "cold foam" i called after i placed my order on uber eats and then called the dunks to please make sure they dont forget the cold foam,, she hung up on my face after telling me she couldnt do it when i paid for it. dont order coffee from them they are rude and dont care about to customer , i work with the public and you do anything to make the person happy. she was uneducated and needs to get a new job if she cant even comperhend that it came with the coffee rather then fighting me on it and losing bussniesss. not smart in my boook but i wil never order from them again ! do at your own risk!!!

the most rude customer experience ever. One employee here is very rude and unfriendly she looks like she is not happy with her job, but is not the customer fault, I wish I know her name but I'm going to post a picture of her, I placed an mobile order and waited in the store like 20 minutes when there was no more customer I asked her are you working in a mobile order and she answered me with a really bad attitude wait over there I told her don't give attitude I asked because I've been wanting for 30 minutes here if you don't like your job just quit. worse experience in a dunkin donut.

So today 5/11/2023 I went in with my father and my family my father was hugging his girlfriend and she told him you can’t do that in here with an attitude she was non friendly and also very disrespectful giving us dirty looks and everything I feel like these type of people shouldn’t have these jobs if they can’t respect, clearly this Dunkin’ Donuts doesn’t know how to hire the right people , this will be my last time me or my family or my friends will be going to this location period

This is a weird Dunkin as they don't have a bathroom for the public. I didn't know this was even legal. I would bypass this location for this reason only.
