The food was excellent and hot food came out super quick, unfortunately it took quite a while to get out sushi order. The place was overwhelmingly packed though so it wasn't for no reason and our waiter/bartender was so attentive and apologetic and was working so hard. I would definitely come back but not on a Saturday night!Wheelchair accessibility: Elevator to get up to the second floor, when we went the place was packed so definitely a challenge to move a wheelchair around.

I visited this restaurant on a Saturday, attracted by its all-you-can-eat sushi offering. Unfortunately, it was the worst decision. We placed our order promptly after seated but were informed that sushi might take some time. We kept waiting and waiting without any food served. Our server seems preoccupied with his works at the bar and rarely checked on us. He came to us and asked whether we ordered any appetizer saying sushi might take some time. He forgot our order, repeatedly asking what we had requested. After waiting for over 50 minutes, we observed plates left at the kitchen bar and had to inquire whether they were ours. Only then did the server realize our food was ready. When we ordered additional sushi, we were asked whether we wanted to order more because it would take another 30 minutes. Note that they do have 2 hour time limit. We ordered anyway with soda but we never got soda even after 10 minutes, although our server was working at the bar. Frustrated by the lack of attentiveness and slow service, we decided to leave. We requested to cancel our additional sushi, settled the bill, and left. Overall, it was a disappointing experience marked by understaffing, sluggish kitchen operations, and overbooking beyond their capacity to handle. We will not be returning.

They do a nice job with food presentations, and it's completely affordable. Great atmosphere. Waitstaff are always polite. My wife and son have gone a dozen or so times.

This place is such a great deal. You can't beat the price for all you can eat teppanyaki and sushi. The one downside is that the place isn't that large, so if you don't have a reservation or get there early on a busy day, you're going to wait.
Take out or dining in, can’t go wrong with either. The packaging of the food is immaculate. Wonderful service, food is superior, it’s quickly becoming one of my regular go tos. Highly recommend endless hibatchi!!

I went for the AYCE lunch offering. Decent price, and the the food was OK. However, when I got my CC statement, the charged amount was not the same as on the slip. I contacted them, and they acknowledged the error and promised a refund by check. The check never arrived and further contact was ignored. Visa was no help since they intentionally didn't give me a copy of the CC slip. I wrote the amount down on my check. Guess who now takes a picture of the CC slip if I don't get a copy?

I'm not sure how the health department lets these kinda food serving places open.Serving with reusable plastic dishes, where 100% of those had a layer of grease on them. The grille was the same, and so was the stainless hood. Going there for the second time, it's like voting the second time for Biden. Never again!!!
