The Peabody location is always clean and the staff and manager are very attentive and work hard. Recently had lunch there and the cheeseburger looked like an advertisement. It was made perfectly and was fresh and delicious.Parking: Restaurant gets busy at times but I’ve always found parking in their large parking lot.Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly environment.

We just came from visiting Friendly’s I hadn’t been there in a long time but I got some coupons in mail and figured I’d give it another try. We went, food was good, service excellent. When we were ready for check I handed waitress my coupon which stated get one entry and second one free. Then the waitress informed me that was only good on certain items! No where on coupon did it state that it simply said you paid for higher cost item. Thats it. It’s no wonder the restaurants are all being closed down. Awful way to do business. I personally will NEVER go to one of these restaurants again.

I physically watch them pick up plates off the ground and put back in with the clean dishes the fries with ice cold like they didn't time the burger with the fries right

Ordered from this friendlys a view times via DoorDash and orders were always accurate. My most recent order the dasher forgot half of the order at the store and ignored my inquires about it. I called the store and the person I spoke with was super accommodating, sent one of the employees to drop it off to me. Some of the best customer service I’ve received.
