Went for my son’s birthday, and this place was excellent!! The food was tasty, fresh, good portion sizes, and they had really great prices. The service was also amazing; everyone was so friendly and attentive. I couldn’t recommend it

Absolutely wonderful. I've ordered food from here quite a few times and the family's always enjoyed their pizza and fries. We we coming back from an event and needed food quick- we'd usually go to Brothers for something like that since their stuffs ready and it's better than typical fast food, but they were closing in minutes so we decided to dine in Gallo for our first time. We got seated immediately, they gave us a free little appetizer before giving us some nice bread & oil. Our four dishes came out very quickly and were all delicious. No kids menu but absolutely didn't matter, both kids found different meals they wanted and got good leftovers. Place was clean as a whistle and server was so kind to us. Absolutely will go back more frequently.

So this is an Italian restaurant but let me tell you something they're pizza was amazing we got a large pepperoni pizza and I got some stuffed shells my pizza was everything I was more interested in it than my stuff shells to be honest but everything was good. They do have pizza deals but they are for pickup only. We went on a Sunday night and it was raining and parking was still tricky but I lucked up and finally got a spot across from the restaurant.

Excellence! I am from a different part of the country and finding very good Italian food in this area is not easy. The moment I walked into this cozy pizzeria I could feel the culture and community in the building. The food was excellently breaded, with a rich, correctly seasoned tomato sauce, and an appropriate amount of cheese. The service was superlative, guiding me through the menu, and offering options. Attentive, but private. Overall my experience sitting in this quaint pizzeria's booth was an exciting ride of flavor from beginning to end. The bread, the olive oil, the cheese. Just a great experience.

I worked at this restaurant for 5 years and 15 years later still love the food.
Both my adult son, and I were incredibly impressed with this restaurant, which we had never heard of but decided to try I had the chicken marsala, which was incredibly generous, beautifully presented, and absolutely delicious. I asked for vegetables instead of the pasta and got a beautiful large plate of sautéed vegetables. It was among the best chicken marsala I've ever had especially because there were so many mushrooms and the sauce was delicious. My son had Carbonera pizza which was to die for. there was tons of chicken and mushroom and the sauce was extremely rich and yummy (I had a couple of pieces and took much of my dish home for another meal). I was impressed that they served these fried cheese balls for free to start the meal and then felt a little bad that we then canceled our own appetizer which we were going to share. I don't usually write reviews of restaurants but this deserved special shout out. The service was so good, and the place was not too crowded or noisy

I wish I could give zero stars. The food is great but they messed up my New Year’s Eve order. Said they “called” me seven times but not once did I get a phone call from them pertaining to an order I placed over two weeks ago. The woman who does all the phones/ take out orders has the worst customer service and is borderline rude! I get the holidays are stressful but you’re in the restaurant business. Do better. And no I did not change my order five times. Instead of being condescending apologize for the mistakes your rude staff made and take the loss.
