Going to Legal Seafood in New England is like going to McDonalds for a great cheeseburger in Kansas City. I mean why would you do that when there are so many better, fresher, reasonably priced choices around. If you're in NE and you go to a fast food restaurant for your seafood then you deserve everything you get. That is just my 2 cents.

We decided to take advantage of the Leap Day 2 for $29 steamed lobster special. Apparently MANY others did also. The restaurant was crowded, yet not at all chaotic. Service was great, and all of us ( the 2 lobster eaters and those who chose haddock and rainbow trout) enjoyed our meals.

Legal seafoods in Peabody is a premier restaurant. Superlative service, beautiful ambience, easy parking, and some of the finest seafood available available. My choice for a high-end seafood restaurant.

This was my first visit to Legal Seafood in Peabody, but I've been to other locations in Boston. I like this one better than the ones in Boston because the service was better than the others and it's closer to my house than the ones in Boston. I didn't even know there was a Legal Seafood in Peabody until I did a web search for their menu. This will be my go-to restaurant from now on. Also, I would like to thank Richard, who provided exceptional service and made the dining experience memorable. I would also like to thank the server who stopped at my table and helped us take pictures of ourselves at our table.

I had a lovely lunch with my friend from college. My shrimp cocktail was delicious and she thoroughly enjoyed her crab cake entree. Our waitress was lovely and very attentive. We both had a very enjoyable afternoon!
