Usually stop there because it's convenient ; Never again. One time I found a hair in my burger and I didn't make a big fuss about it and threw the food. However, today they served me frozen burger which made me sick when I called on the phone to complain about that they hang the phone on me. The young Hispanic guy who can't speak English always mean and threw stuff at me if I asked for a Ketchup or a straw. I don't know what kind of business they are running there!!

Got Ubereats and ordered a bacon McDouble only ketchup & mayo of course no bacon in it tons of onions even though I’m allergic then I try calling them multiple times no one answers the phone their. Not luvn it!!!

usually stop at this location and the girl who usual works at the drive true always take my order wrong I orders my sandwich with lite mayonnaise and they always make it with a lot of mayonnaise. It's not the first time she's done this to me and I always order the same thing and it doesn't right to me. she always takes my order I always miss something in my order and particularly when she is there when is another person working in the drive true I have no complaints

10 piece nuggets always missong wheb ordering from Uber. Third tine the nuggts missing, but sauces there. Just had to order them separately for the lil one. Nobody at restaurant to alk to, phone line always busy. Somebody stealing 10pc nuggets from Uber Orders.

They took order when went to pay they said I never ordered however I saw everything on the screen entered in. I then got barided at the window by a manager that you can't order at the window since the person who I was paying with needed to re enter my food. I never like leaving bad review but this situation totally uncalled

I can't understand why McDonald's is still in business. They've done nothing to add to their menu. Nothing to add to the quality of the food and the service appears to go down with the price going up. Big Macs are smaller. Some of the stores don't put the "special" sauce to any degree anymore. Personally, I believe if they got rid of the Happy meal, the company would fade away both domestically and internationally. Happy meals is an interesting product. It gets 5 minutes of direct attention from the child and then they leave it in the car.
