dont recommend getting coffee/ quick food here either. The price is so high for quality that is not that good. I would recommend dining at the Nordstrom bistro but not at the cafe

Went there for coffee with my brother today. We come here every morning. Today the coffee was not hot enough so asked the guy for a different one and his direct reply was you want a burnt coffee or what. Very rude customer service. When we trashed the coffee in the trashcan it dropped outside which is our fault but still if only he had made the right coffee or even replaced it with another one it would have never resulted to that. Would not recommend this place at all. Rather go to Starbucks upstairs.

Would not recommend anybody here. Specially the guy working there has zero customer service. Even the coffee he makes are not good. Much better option would be Caffe Nero or Starbucks upstairs!!!

Employees are too rude and literally they don't know how to make a coffee. Asked for a hot latte and that coffee we can drink like a cold coffee. Asked another coffee instead and told that you want a burnt coffee.
