3/14/24 at about 7:45p I walked in with my partner, rushing and somewhat ashamed because we felt bad that we placed an order in such proximity to closing time... Little did we know that there was the amazing crew made up of Crystal, Cory, and Tony there waiting to make our night! From the moment we walked in, Cory and Crystal started engaging with us over our drink choices. They asked who got which drink, and how we felt about the lavender in the drink that we got to try, then proceeded to MIND BLOW US with information and samples of what they recommended we should actually get the lavender in if we are excited to try it, due to the flavor actually being very different than we (most customers) expected. They explained the contrasting and balancing of flavors in the different combinations so well that we were in awe. As we wrapped up our conversation to avoid keeping the longer, since we appreciated how much of their time and knowledge they had already spared for us, we tried to give a tip directly to Crystal for them to split (don't like leaving bigger bills in cups in case it gets stolen), but were flabbergasted by the fact that her and Cory were both managers and that managers aren't allowed to receive tips. We ended up having to put the tip in the cup since Tony had just stepped to the back. I really don't understand, nor agree, with the fact that managers can't get tips, I feel like ANY employee that goes above and beyond should be allowed to accept tips (not required to receive, but allowed to accept), hopefully that changes eventually. We will definitely be visiting our new favorite Starbucks crew again ASAP!!

I have never had an experience as amazing as the one I had the night of the March 14th. Cory, Crystal, and Tony were absolutely awesome. This was one of those nights that make me wonder why managers can't be part of tips, especially when they are the one creating the amazing experience. Hopefully one day that changes but until then I highly recommend going and seeing Crystal and Cory when you have a chance. You wont regret it!! Any advice they give you on drink combinations I strongly suggest you consider trying because you will be mind blown :)

I’ve been living in Peabody for 2 years now and have been going to this Starbucks mostly everyday and not once have they disappointed me. They’ve never any drink I order wrong. Today 12/29/23 I had my frozen pineapple passion fruit drink done horrible twice ( half juice half foam) at the new starbucks in Danvers nearby. I came to this one and asked if they could help me and remake it . Made it perfectly . Thank you to the guy at the front register , didn’t get his name but thank you

I'm not much of a coffee shop goer, so if your like me, all the hype and whopty doo's do nothing for me. I'd say really good quality coffee if that's what your into this is the place. I have had a half dozen coffees from here in the last month or so and they are good coffees even if I'm used to the main stream.Parking: Free lot, can be a bit crowded in that particular lot but I doubt it's an issue.Kid-friendliness: Like any coffee shop, the kids love the sweets, like the cake pops etc. or the sugary drinks.

My cappuccino was maybe half full with foam and I mean with the foam included it was Bland... Meh. I had a business meeting there I was going to buy a cup away overpriced the cup was like 30 or $40 no thank you. I'm sure there are other drinks might be good but I've had a good cappuccino and that would definitely look not.

Some staff could take a bit more pride in appearance, (Clean aprons). Really dirty restrooms. Service was not bad. Not super friendly but nice. Order made incorrectly, so had to wait extra for a remake. Barista (Ethan) saved the day with going the extra mile to make sure customer satisfaction was priority. Thanks Ethan!

We went here to get coffees and the line moved quickly. The chain was clean and the employees were friendly. ironically, the iced coffee was a grande but we had to ask the employee if the coffee was a grande because now the cup is a bit different (Its is a short wider cup). It is a good location near route 114 but the parking lot is a bit difficult to park! There is not a drive thru here but they do have a mobile order area that moves quickly!

This Starbucks smartly located and relatively clean, though I had to wipe the scone crumbs off of my table and chair before sitting down. My biggest protest is their music playlist. It's too way loud, and I don't need to hear three GDs in the chorus of a Woke song at any time of day, especially at 6 am. I can't imagine a family with kids would either.
