It’s what you can expect at a sports bar. Lots of TVs is a plus. Many people enjoying the sports, That’s a plus. Now the bad, I was pretty much ignored. Upon entering, my first question was to a gentleman bartender. I am a solo traveler that does it often and I was looking for a hotel. I asked him what areas should I avoid? He told me he would ask his female bartenders since they live there , after he left, I was completely ignored. Three young men entered shortly after, and sat next to me. They gave them attention, and then would just walk away. I was there a good hour…. I put my credit card down and waited quite a while. Then I stood up and put on my jacket. One finally looked at me and I told her I was done I tipped appropriately, and when I started to walk out, she said oh you wanted to know about a hotel? I simply smiled and said too late. I won’t be back.

I'm a woman that travels solo constantly. This Has to be one of the worst experiences I've had. Before I even ordered a drink, not knowing the area, I asked my bartender if there was an area I should avoid (it was after 7pm) He let me know he didn't live here and he would ask his coworker bartenders because they did.... I thought I had offended somebody because I was ignored after that. He was no longer there so I was at the mercy of the two gals. After an appetizer and two drinks, I put my card down (I had to flag them down to put my orders in) I was still ignored..... I put on my jacket and looked at my watch. She noticed me within a minute. She said oh! and I told her, yes, I'm done. I handed her my Amex Platinum and tipped appropriately. That's when she ran back and said oh you were asking about hotels? Too late, even if I hadn't asked that question, the service I received would hinder my return.

The food was very good and the price was within reason. The burgers were awesome. The service was slower than death.

Stopped in for a quick lunch, and I feel like I was robbed. Sadly I paid $23 for a Caesar salad that was accompanied by 3 small pieces of steak. After looking at the photos in the reviews I realized the steak tip dinner which is $24 comes with not only 5-6 pieces of steak but mashed potatoes, onions and mushrooms. I would have been better off ordering the dinner with a side Caesar. I at least would have felt like I got my moneys worth. What was even more disappointing is I was never offered a refill for my soda water. All in all this was the most expensive disappointing lunch I’ve had in a while. Food was tasty none the less but super skimpy. Overall it was not a very pleasant experience. The kids menu at my job serves a kids steak tip (3 pieces) dinner for $8 and it comes with a side.

Pleasant and attentive staff. Good food, lots of beer options on tap. Plenty of screens for sports viewing.

Food was good. Our server was great. Couldn’t help but notice the way other staff treated our server though. They were rude to her and treated her as though she was less than, which was horrible to see. No one deserves to be treated that way. It’s humiliating and truly uncalled for.

The food was excellent ? the meat was on point, oh, one of the best steaks I have ever eaten... but what captivated me most to return is the service, the waiter who served us made us feel better than at home. . everything in its time, additional and something that every restaurant must implement is to have waiters who speak the two most spoken languages (English and Spanish) like the waiter who served us, congratulations to your restaurant and thank you Mr. CHEF and young man. BELARMINO for his kindness.
