Service and food were great but noise was so distracting. High ceilings and loud dinner parties and poor acoustics made it so difficult to hear each other. Bread and oil delicious, pasta home made and cooked great. Caprese salad a little sad. Homemade cookies that we brought home were some of the best we ever had.

We had a larger party, and arrived a few minutes late. The hostess was very accommodating. Once seated, it took over 10 minutes to get a waitress to take our drink orders. We received our drinks and apps in a somewhat timely fashion. After this we didn't see our waitress for over 25 minutes. When she finally came back she offered to refill our drinks and take our order. Unfortunately, it took so long that half our party decided to leave. After we did order, the food took another 30 minutes or so. We ended up taking the food to go, because at this point we were in the restaurant for well over 2 hours before dinner even arrived. So unfortunately we never did get to eat our meals. The apps were very good, when I did eventually eat my meal at home it was very good. Food is delicious, service is dreadfully slow.
Food and service were good except for the cannoli dessert. This time, they put sambucca in it so it had a strong anise flavor that was unexpected and not good. Server was kind enough to take it off the bill. Server was attentive

Hi - we have had the same server a few times at Toscana's. She has blonde hair and is soft-spoken but unfortunately I don't have her name! Just wanted to say she's really great at her job - truly.

We went here a week ago for the first time, loved it! Went back yesterday to celebrate a birthday. Food is delicious, the portions are large, the service is outstanding. Got a variety of complimentary deserts for the birthday boy. This place is great!

First time here. What a hidden little gem! The food was so delicious! We got some calamari and vinegar sausage potatoes for apps! Then I had the bacon encrusted halibut with gnocchi. So so good! The service was great! And the prices were reasonable.

We loved our sever, Francesca! Our party of six was allowed to linger, which was appreciated in a busy restaurant. We tried an assortment of appetizers, main courses, desserts & cocktails. Everything was delicious. Portions were generous.

Always great food here! We got engaged there & then had a small (wedding celebration) dinner there & went for our 1st anniversary. A gentleman at the bar heard our story & left money to cover our bill before he left. Restores one's faith in human kindness?

The food is always excellent and the service is great. Prices are reasonable. Get the home made fusilli as your pasta. You won't be disappointed. Just wish they would add a lemon mascarpone cake to their dessert menu.

Francesca was such an attentive, friendly server! We have been regulars for many years and usually sit at the bar, last night we were meeting friends and sat in the dining area I requested a specific corner table when I reserved early in the week, only to be met with an attitude from the 2 hostesses working Saturday night when I asked why that table wasn't reserved and then put at a table that was high traffic. I asked one of the servers if we could change tables and she checked and we were reseated. The hostesses didn't want to accommodate our requests and I shouldn't have had to ask a server to get the service a hostess is there to do. Never encountered this behavior before here and hope I never do again
The atmosphere is lovely. We sat by the fireplace. The service was wonderful. We didn't feel rushed. Prices were fair. They didn't add any fees when I used my credit card, which happens at some other restaurants.
We ate there on New Years Eve. I made a reservation on open table. It was a early reservation for 5pm. When we got there the two young girls first informed us that there was a 2 hour time limit, which was no big deal it was New Years Eve. Then they promptly sat us at this huge banquet like table that sat 6-8 ppl. It was only myself and my husband. My husband asked the young girl if we could have a more intimate table for 2. She came back and said No. We then asked to talk to the manager who was very gracious. Moved us immediately and the rest of the night was perfect ! Out waitress was fantastic and the food was excellent. My only complaint was they don't do substitutes. And the young girls at the front lack of experience. Other than that this place was reasonable and food was great !!

I took our family to Toscana's before going to a show. The 1st thing was the aroma from the kitchen which was fantastic as was the food. Our waitress was fabulous as we were on a tight schedule and she made sure to get us our food quickly. Food was out of this world, and a real cozy feel throughout. highly recommend and we will be back!

Food was very good. Waitress was excellent and very attentive to our large party. Food was slow to come out of the kitchen but waitress was very present and responsive. There were a few large groups that night which I'm sure contributed. Meals were enjoyed by all and we will definitely be back

This was our first time at Toscana's and it was amazing! Our waitress was absolutely wonderful (dark hair, ponytail) and the food was amazing—this is our new favorite place and we will be back soon!
