The soda tasted like pure MOLD. They do not clean their machines at all, worst I've ever tasted in my whole life.. wild they don't address this because there is no way Noone is aware of how bad it is by how thick the taste of mold was, its clear its been like that for a longggg time. ? Too bad because other Wendy locations are delicious.

The water mixed in their soft drink dispenser is vile. Apparently it's town water. The burger was not bad, but I am not a pretzel roll fan. Clean shop. Typical Wendy's ambiance. But it was a convenient place to stop.

Spoiled lettuce.... I tried to order a Cobb salad but they were out so I opted for the taco salad.The chicken nuggets were soggy as well. Burger and fries were standard Wendy's.

This has got to be the worst Wendy's on the planet.They never get your food right if you go through the drive through.Ordered Jr Bacon cheeseburger with everything no onions.It only had bacon cheese and lettuce on it, missing tomato and pickles.Ordered a BBC with everything no onions. Missing tomato.If you do go through the drive through I suggest that you inspect every sandwich in your order to make sure it is how you ordered because the people that work there don't GAF.Happens every time.Same issue with dining in.

We got there just after dinner rush and there was no one in line. I was little surprised to see that the person at the counter had earbuds in, but he was fast, efficient, and thorough in getting our order. When I went to get my drink, I found that every drink I wanted in the machine was out, but the clerk filled my cup with what I wanted from behind the counter. Then I open my sandwich and discovered that my crispy chicken BLT had cheese, which I didn't expect, and no bacon. I was told that it was supposed to have cheese and bacon, but they were nice enough to make another one for me without cheese and with bacon. When I went to get ketchup for my fries the ketchup dispenser wouldn't work, but the clerk was nice enough to give me some ketchup packets. I don't know if this was just a bad moment in time, or if this Wendy's is always this disorganized.

I love Wendy's salads. They're the only fast food salads I will eat. My kids don't like Wendy's french fries because they taste "um, like potatoes." So for most adults that might be an endorsement. And the Frosty Jr. Is a perfect tiny treat to end an email. (Although I still think it's sacrilegious too have any flavor other than chocolate!)

Went multiple times during my stay nearby. This Wendy’s does not respect the mobile order process at all. 3 times I ordered gave a good 15 mins to show up and the order was not done or they had all items out of the bag waiting for me to show up? Drove a friend that was hungry in the night and they were working “cash only” and didnt give a receipt to her. Food was standard Wendy’s and i jept coming because of the convenience of just crossing from our hotel but i dont know what is happening on that Wendy’s. But they should respect the processes a bit more
We just stopped in with an 8th grade class trip. 34 people total. The 3 young people working did it with a smile, interacted with the kids AND got our food out timely. Very
