I have been getting frozen yogurt here recently and the service and staff is always great. Today I met a manager and was treated very well. Very reasonable prices, right up the road from work for me, and it tastes great! I will be back again and again. This place is a nice addition to the BerkshiresThe manager I spoke to offered for me to put my business cards up on her wall of business cards which is not only greatly appreciated but really ties into the small-town feel of this place.I personally got the chocolate hazelnut, I believe it to be a new favor and it is definitely my favorite.

I’ve never really been a frozen yogurt person but this place is YUM!! Especially since developing a dairy allergy, I love that there’s always a vegan option that is always delicious. Great idea to change the flavors weekly-definitely keeps us coming back!
I always go when they have certain flavors. I love anything with lemon or strawberry. The toppings are fresh and delicious.

My boyfriend and I absolutely love Ayelada. We went like almost every night this summer, super bad for the diet... but super delicious! Their fruity yogurts are so refreshing especially with fresh fruit toppings. On a hot day we couldn't wait to end the day with a delicious treat from Ayelada. In addition to the fro yo, the staff is also amazing. They are always so friendly and ready to help. They keep the place immaculate & the music is always good. No disappointments ever!
This place is extraordinary, and has been since the day it opened. The staff are friendly, professional, and knowledgeable, and the yogurt is…well, it must be tried to be believed. When we have friends and relatives visit from out of town, there are two places they want to go without fail: Ayelada and Crust. Pittsfield is so lucky to have you!

Wow had heard great things.... It's even Better. They have so many people working here. I swear there was like 7-8 people on a random Thursday afternoon. Like three girls and back three girls in front and they were so nice. The place is immaculate completely clean and is actually much larger than I imagined. They have great vegan flavors and obviously I'm sure are very well known for their non-vegan flavors. My kids absolutely loved it and honestly the portions were so big no one finished my food. Very fun young environment in there to just a happy cute I've cream shop.
