A guy with slash scars on his forearm prepared our food with lettuce that cause top lip irritations because of the solution he said he rinsed the lettuce in. I made it known to one of the two managers the manager that worked the cash register was appropriate with the situation. The other told the guy to stay in the back prep area..my niece and I were affected with great discomfort because this.

Third time in a row we arrived at least a few hours before closing to pick up dinner and they are out of bowls, steak, white rice, drinks from the fountain coolers, etc. grills are shut down and being cleaned off so we left. Unreliable for food, usually poor service, food rarely fresh.

Worst of the worst. Constantly closed during posted hours of business...and I don't mean closing at 9:45 when the sign says 10:00, I mean closing at 3 or 4 o'clock. If you do happen to find them open during their posted hours of business they are often out of half the menu. This place is in desperate need of new management.

Whoever manages this building has no clue what they are doing. Every time I’ve been here they are out of something, ranging from any of the food items to the physical bowls themselves (which ruined the chance for ordering Gluten Free). No order here is allowed or completed without an issue, it is stunning how poorly run this place is. The service from the employees is poor, though I don’t expect much from them given how this place is in shambles. I’ve tried to give this place chance after chance to redeem itself, however it always disappoints.
The cashier that helped me was absolutely wonderful. His name is JJ (according to my receipt). I had a gift card that was not working in store and he helped me out. Absolutely awesome!
