If you wonder why the line takes so long. It because everytime I pull up someone is on there phone making coffee while looking at Facebook etc. I can’t tell you how many times my coffee is not right. For 4.00 a cup just about it should be right every time. Not there fault but at 4.00 a cup you would think the owner could get lids that don’t leak all over my new truck.

I go in and order pickup for my adult children once in awhile. All the employees are very friendly, pleasant, quick, and great . Nothing bad to say, I always make sure to tip because they are on point. Even when I go through drive thru and received have a blessed day after ordering, I always made sure to wish her the same, I know it was sent with caring ? that day I received extra with order ( I smiled) regardless how bad my morning. I appreciate her for that and all the employees that work there.

Would like to see a smile and no rudeness when I go through the drive thru. Prices are now higher so fast food workers can get paid decent so it's not much to ask to be treated with appreciation other than feeling like I've annoyed the worker for having to do their job.

When I was in the line waiting.. there was a woman there I think her name tag said Lisa. She was yelling at a very quiet employee a young African American gentleman.. she made very derogatory remarks about her "men" and before I even got to order she went outside to smoke a cigarette and talk on her phone!!!! She wasn't very nice and was a horrible role model! I asked someone who was at the counter if she was just an employee and was flabbergasted when I was told she was their boss!! Absolutely unacceptable!! Never will I go into that establishment EVER AGAIN!!!!!!!
East St dunkin barley cooks their bacon I used to go there every morning for a bacon egg cheese and now I'm going to 1st st . I used to work at a dunkin and I know that they tell you to cook a sheet tray of bacon on the timer they have pre set and then keep it in the warmer and it will cook more but when I worked there I always put the egg bacon and crosont in on a certain timer where it will all cook perfectly.Vegetarian options: Yes there's egg white and veggie stuff

This place has really gone down hill. I only go to buy my dad a coffee at the drive through out of convenience. 3 cups of coffee (large) cost over $10. The app doesn’t always match the menu for the location you pick and they don’t have stuff like liquid sugar as an option. The donuts are now more expensive than they should be and most of the rest of the food is so dry. I ask for a lightly toasted bagel and get a flame broiled brick with cream cheese smushed in the middle so it can all come out the middle. Customer service is spotty, sometimes it’s good and sometimes it’s really bad.

I wouldn’t normally review a Dunkies, but the person who helped us when we visited this location was not only abrupt at best, but we only ordered two donuts and she gave us the wrong donut, and the other donut wasn’t very good.
