I would definitely not recommend this location. Every time I go through the drive through they always say we are not serving hot food because we haven't gotten a break yet. No big deal but I will not give and further business...Good thing there are like 10 others dunkins within 30 mintues.

First, hash browns should be cooked all the way through. It doesn't take much effort .... Just throw them in the fryer and it literally does the work for you. My breakfast sandwich was really good.Second, the absolutely disgruntled woman taking drive through orders should not be the face of your establishment. It’s the same blonde woman as the other review I’m sure. I've run a drive though in a fast food restaurant and yes, it's hard but also you have to at least be cordial. I was inside waiting for my order and all I heard her do was complain about the people in the drive through, "it's just coffee and donuts. Chill the f out". Classy. Maybe the manager who was just standing around listening doesn't care either?Obviously I won't be back and I know it doesn't matter because Dunkin' can do whatever the hell they want and people will just keep coming back. But there are other ones I will go to instead. The employee made me uncomfortable and I felt sad for the other workers who had to listen to her.

The service was terrible, staff was swearing at each other, they took twenty minutes to get my order and it was not right and when I said that it was wrong the gentleman that was waiting on me became very angry and I told the supervisor that and she remade my order,the whole experience was terrible. I don't think I will ever go back there again

Awful!! We placed an online order only to find one item was not available when we finally anrrived ant the window. … and they don’t do refunds so you have to call. Call who!? Dunkin is impossible to get through to. After over 20-25 min wait, we ended up getting only half our order! They forgot my sons donuts and several drinks! We were so annoyed we didn’t bother to go back and have yet to hear back from DD about a refund. A really terrible DD. :( I felt bad for the young lady working there doing what appeared the best she could and they were slammed. But no excuse! We want our $ back.

I have worked in customer service so I have tried to give them the benefit of the doubt but it is truly the worst Dunkin I have been to. The wake up wraps consistently come out burnt and the coffee seems to never be right. The blonde woman in the window is so rude and I have been there on more than a few occasions where they shut down the drive thru. When you go in the store you can hear her flipping out about how she is not waiting on customers until she finishes what she is doing and she has verbally expressed that she does not care how long they have to wait. That is completely unacceptable. If the food wasn’t absolute garbage I could look past the bad attitudes. There is one guy who works there who has a beard and he is very pleasant but that is the only saving grace. Disgusting.

I feel like it's hit or miss with this Dunkin. Generally, the staff is kind, but I've had my order messed up, it's incomplete, or I'm not able to order what I want after sitting a long time in the drive thru line. If it wasn't conveniently on my commute I wouldn't get my Dunkin fix here.

I have to Live next to Legit the worst Dunkin’ Donuts. No matter who they hire they never seem to fail at getting everything wrong and being EXTREMELY RUDE. you have no idea see for yourself if needed. Someone needs to send the owner of the place THEY ARE SO BAD ITS NOT EVEN FUNNY.

had an awful experience I went in there night and waited at counter for about 5 -6 mins the woman was outside in a black shirt smoking after she finished her cigarette she came back inmade an order for a large frozen coffee and egg cheese wake up wrap and 2 hash browns for my son the woman was huffing and puffing when I ordered food she was missing one of the hashbrowns and when I told her it’s like she tried to accuse me of lying snd said it was there and she put it there she then looked in the bag and seen that there was only one hash brown I didn’t have time to wait or debate she was very rude and extremely unprofessional slamming stuff around back there i’m not sure name heavyset woman with glasses black tshirt and jeans
