This place has a great variety of all the favorite Spanish food favorites. My family loves to eat here. I like that I don’t have to travel 45-60 mins away anymore in order to eat some good rice and beans!!!They have yummy dessert’s too! Tres leche es muy bien! It’s the perfect Spot to grab dinner for the family, when you don’t have time to cook……..

I have been searching for authentic Puerto Rican food that is as close to home (Holyoke/Springfield) in the Berkshires since I moved up in 2000. For the last 22 year's I've had to drive home just to satisfy my cravings. Being my favorite food, nothing has come close in comparison until El Sabor Dominicano opened. I was reluctant to get my hopes up just to be disappointed with the food, yet again. However, I can not believe there is finally a restaurant in the area that is exactly what I've been looking for to provide me with the same quality, quantity, and authenticity of the Spanish food I grew up on. I highly recommend everyone trying El Sabor Dominicano, especially if you've never experienced Puerto Rican cuisine. The pork, yellow rice with beans, and empanadas are a must. And how can I forget, the potato balls!!!!!! We need to keep this restaurant up and running, once you visit you'll be hooked. Thank you so much El Sabor Dominicano, you've made my family extremely happy by bringing home just a little more close. Staff is also great!!! I can't say enough great things, you have to try for yourself. You'd be doing yourself an injustice if you don't.

The beans were cold i got 2 plates one of cube stake with onion and peppers with white rice and the chicken with white rice . Both meals needed salt and flavor. Although they are under new ownership I thought the food would be different but it’s not .. and the tostones were hard ☹️
