I ordered through DoorDash. Two bacon cheeseburgers and 3 fries. The fries were gross and a different color like they haven’t changed their oil in a long time. Even my dog wouldn’t eat them. And they forgot my burger completely. So I had nothing to eat. DoorDash reimbursed me the money. But it totally ruined our night. The burger they did send that my boyfriend ate was so greasy and gross. We will definitely never order from there again. Absolutely the worst experience I’ve had in a very long time. And I don’t usually ever complain but this was bad.

Fast, fresh, hot, friendly, and delicious! We ate here on 1/25/24 in the evening. Our family has a member with celiac disease and the staff was knowledgeable about allergy protocol, super respectful, and really kind about meeting our needs. I cannot recommend this location enough. The staff were kind and considerate. Thank you!Dietary restrictions: The staff was allergy informed and really phenomenal. They did not make us feel like a burden, but rather very welcome and accommodating.
Ten years ago, I didn't think 5 Guys was particularly special. I've changed my mind. The burgers, fresh and juicy, truly have become my favorite of all that comes from a franchise. The french fries are so 'homemade' they have become some of my favorites. The 8 kids working there are always so friendly and joking around, they do a great job!

Our burgers and fries were great! Overpriced but good! The woman taking our order was very rude though.
The food was awesome, but the restaurant was dirty, tables and the floors had food left over from previous customers. the cup supply wasn't stocked for the shake machine, requiring the employer to go in the back room to get supplies.

So I ordered 2 burgers and large fries. I see the worker putting the large fries in my bag. So this is more than enough fries for 2 normal people to eat. Then he dumps a bunch more fries in my bag on top of whats in the bag. So now i walk out with probably 2 lbs of potatoes! Whats up with that! what a waste. And I see them doing that with everyone. Maybe they are trying to get rid of them. Not impressed with the 2 burgers and fries for $25.
