Great burritos and chips, service is great but there always ends up being a long line. Everything applies to the one on Tyler Street too.

Loved the food, and I loved that there were multiple vegetarian options available. I ordered a burrito bowl with tofu and my husband got a burrito.As a first time visitor to the restaurant, my only suggestion to the staff would be to go through all the steps proactively (i.e. asking if I want sauce on my burrito bowl - they skipped this and I had to ask for it later), and to also point out things (I didn't receive salsa with my chips and had to ask about it, turns out there is a separate self-serve salsa station.Perhaps they are used to serving customers who are familiar with the chain, but since I had never been before that would have brought service levels up to a 5 star.Vegetarian options: Tofu was available as an option (which was a nice change from places that only offer vegetables as a vegetarian option).

The food was not bad, but the server was in such a rush he was just throwing the ingredients onto the burrito. Just slopping it on there like in a prison or school cafeteria, some of the chicken fell off the counter...I get it, it's Hot Harrys and not a five star restaurant, but slow down, and act professional in the food industry.

This two star review is generous, but it wasn't outwardly gross and no one was outwardly rude. The two stars are earned for edible food and ok service. The restaurant decor was like any unauthentic Mexican restaurant, with fake hanging peppers, what looked like mass produced prints and fake talavera tile prints. Let's start with the food. We all got different "grillers" which are a copycat of Taco Bell's Crunchwrap (you know it's not great if Taco Bell would have been better). We ordered at 8:30 and they close at 9:00...they reminded us more than once. They were clearly in a hurry and eager to leave; if employees need to leave at 9:00 then the restaurant should close at 8:30 instead of creating an awkward and uncomfortable experience for patrons. I think it was due to their being in a rush, but the inside of our wraps were not warm and the cheese wasn't even melted...but a couple of them were burnt on the outside. The inside ingredients lacked flavor aside from too much cilantro in their salsa (and we are cilantro lovers!) Their fountain drinks were not drinkable and tasted very much like chemicals and their chips were stale and crumbled. To top of the experience, after we rushed through a few bites, we left at ten of 9:00 and heard one girl yell "Chris lock the door!" I'm not sure who was happier to be leaving, them or us. We won't be back.

Hot Harry's is wonderful. I'm told it's very similar to Moe's or Chipotle. Many of my friends and coworkers prefer it to those chain places. The food is always consistent and delicious. The staff is always friendly and professional. I cannot recommend this place enough.

Went into Hot Harry's and was not disappointed! Guy behind the counter was kind and helpful. I was too late for breakfast but the lunch burrito was AMAZING! It was huge and tasty! Totally worth the stop!
