My favorite Pittsfield pizza was closed. So we went to Liberty Pizza and it was good. No regrets. I never understand why most reviews are either one star or 5 stars. Liberty was a solid 4 star.

Dropped food at my door, didn't contact us. Driver called when driving past again ten minutes later saying, "I noticed your food still outside." No prior call made to us, upon getting my food the bag on top was ripped open and the tape on the box loose.No refund offered and was told to call back on Monday, it is currently Friday the boss isn't there on the busiest of days. I have ordered from here multiple times in the past with no issue, food was okay, done ordering from here.

They left our food outside on the ground. Then I get a phone call "hey I left your food outside like 10 min ago and I still saw it out there when I was driving by so I figured I had to call you" Refused to give refund when we called them.

I've eaten a lot of pizza from a lot of places and this is about as mediocre as it gets. The pizza I ordered was okay I suppose. It tasted fine but was really undercooked in the middle. Slices were really limp and the cheese kinda of just fell off most of the time. As far as the interior presentation goes, the decor felt like a throwback to a 1950's prison cell in Slovakia. Also nice touch with the "no wifi" sign. Love it when businesses can't be bothered to offer basic services.There's numerous better choices for pizza in the area.
