Never put cheese on plain cheeseburger, brought it in and asked for one like we ordered for my daughter. The dumb lady opens the burger with her bare hands to check and brings the same burger back with a cold piece of cheese on it after touching it with her hands. Like I’m going to give that to my six yr old after you touched that with your bare hands. Lady raises her voice and says she didn’t touch it, as 2 customers and myself watched her lol. Refused to give us a different one. Uneducated fat twatwaffle needs to be retrained, filthy place.

Worst experience at any McDonald’s I have ever had. Customer service was non existent, service time was abysmal, my order was missing items and they had switched items in my meals to increase the up charge. Have also witnessed staff handling money and then serving I’ve to costumers with their hands. Definitely recommend taking a 10 minute drive to the McDonald’s on w housatonic st, far superior service, staff and I have yet to receive something other than what I ordered.

Just got ice cream. Love their soft serve, and they always make huge cones, sometimes too big, but I appreciate they want you to get your money's worth!

They served the 2 quarter pounder burgers raw. I brought it back after driving to Cheshire and returned to Cheshire and found out they are burnt. Place needs new staff. I never asked for them, burnt, not well done but cooked. Come on now. One extreme to the next. Throw them away. Won't be back. Not at $7.00 a piece and add drinks and fries. Might as well and take a $20.00 bill and throw it in the trash because that's what I did.Maybe corporate should shut it down. Before they kill someone. Raw food is their specialty there.
